Sales person Favour Balogun will promise you everything you want to sign papers. He said do not tel work he financial agent.. im guessing its under the table king of thing. But when you call him when its time to get whats promised, its either he doesnt answer, try to dodge you, then we i talked to him 2 weeks later hes got an attitude. Then he promised hed call me. And ofcourse he never did. Bad customer service. Will never comeback and do business with this dealership again.

Very pleased with the customer service we recieved. Zack/ Toan are the nicest pair! Communication was great , I didn’t feel pressured , they even accommodated my request to try my stroller out in the new car I was about to purchase! My husband is excited to drive his new Tacoma. :) thanks so much guys, I will definitely be back, we are officially a Toyota family!

Vandergrift Toyota of Arlington is the place to go to buy a car. I love it because you are able to gain a relationship with those involved in your sale. Brandon has helped me with my purchases and he really knows how to sell a car. I like Toyota because they will work the numbers to reach your goal to get to the spend you desire. Then the financing dept. has Duy who also helps in tha finishing touches and makes the deal complete to your satisfaction.. I love the Highlander.

I had to order my Toyota Venza from Japan and there was no way the dealership could, in these days of Covid, determine the date of delivery. They guesstimated probably 6 months. I was prepared for that. Jessica kept in touch with me by text informing me of the dates scheduled for the making of the car, and it’s delivery to the port of Houston it gave me a wonderful feeling that I wasn’t forgotten. I truly trusted them.

Excellent service!! Mr. Kennedy who was my salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was very polite and offered me water several times because of the heat. Mr. Devon my finance guy was also very nice and was able to answer all my questions. Overall my buying a car experience was GREAT!!!
