onI purchased a 2012 MB E350 from this dealership and they were completely transparent the entire time. I asked to see the car fax and they went over all the details. The dealer also explained to me that the car had a Unibody announcement from MB auction. Most dealers will not give you this information, but Auto Web Expo tells you up front. I knew the price was low for a reason and they were able to explain why when they announced Unibody. Thank you Auto Web Expo for being honest from the start. I will tell all of my friends and family about how GREAT this dealership is.

onToday we bought our first car from Mr. Delon and I have to say that I am very impressed from the service I recieved from everyone here. We were assisted in every way possible from the moment we walked in. They gave us every detail about the car we chose even before asking for it. Horrible mistake

onBeware! Transaction was quick, and there was a reason for it. If you have purchased a vehicle from this dealership, check the carfax again 2-3 months after purchase and see if you are still happy. I purchased a vehicle from here a few years ago. I was working in Dallas at the time and saw the price on a G35 they were selling and i couldn't pass up the deal. At first I was happy with the purchase but then after a while i really noticed that the tires were wearing very unevenly. I took it to a shop and they said the alignment looked fine. I put up with it for a while then decided to trade in the vehicle to get something else. This is when they story unraveled. The dealership ran a carfax to see the history of the car before making me an offer. They noted that there was frame damage to the vehicle. Needless to say I was shocked when I found out. The dealership purchased the vehicle at auction, at auction the frame damage was disclosed (auto wed was fully aware of the damage), they quickly listed the car for sale and sold it before the auction disclosed damage could make it onto the carfax report. So they purchased a damaged vehicle and flipped it on a consumer (me in this case) before the damage could be seen on vehicle history reports. No decent dealership in Michigan will take the car now because of the damage and it would be a liability to them. Long story short, this place does shady business. The prices look great, but there is a reason for that, they sell the other garbage that other dealers were moral enough to stay away from. Also don't let the sellers response that "all information about the condition of the vehicle is disclosed to buyers" trick you. After finding out all of this information about my vehicle, I went back through the documents I had signed at the time I of purchase and I didn't find any disclosure about the frame damage. Furthermore, I requested all of their documents that they had from when I purchased the vehicle, and nothing was documented there either. The only way the issues would have been detected is if I had gone to a body shop and have them do laser measurements on the frame. The frame was 3mm outside of factory tolerances, there is no way you could see that without paying the high cost to get it measured professionally.

terrible experience

onTerrible experience. Before I bough the car I was told that I would be able to have to car inspected and that any issues would be covered. After purchasing the vehicle, I took the 2011 SL63 AMG , That I had just paid $66K cash for, to a Mercedes dealership to be inspected because some of the features were not working properly. As it turns out. Someone had spilled coffee or some other sugary drink on the console and had cause some of the buttons to short and others to stick. Also there was "repaired" front end damage that had be improperly repaired and the Parktronic senors were not working. I was told that because the problems were caused by outside events that they were not covered by the factory warranty. I thought no problem, I was told that I could have it inspected and that if there were any problems that they would be covered. So, I called back and asked to speak to a Manager. I was directed to his voice and left a message and waited to hear back. and waited..... and waited.....NOTHING. So I called back and asked for the General Manager. Again I was sent to voice mail and left another message. And again I waited and wait and got nothing back. I called back again and asked for the owner......... Same thing. After 3 weeks of trying to get someone I finally just paid for it out of pocket. $2300.00 And here is the bad part. I work for a Dealer in the area. I bought this car for a very good customer of mine who was looking for this particular car. I paid the cost because my reputation and the reputation of my Dealership are important to me. If this place treats others dealers this way I cant imagine what they are doing to their other customers. I will not ever be doing business with this company again.

onGreat experience! We have been researching MINI Coopers for several months and finally put out a National search...finding Auto Web Expo less than 30 minutes away! The MINI we purchased had just arrived--and they made sure the vehicle was inspected, cleaned, carpets shampooed and ran a special ozonater (?) to make sure if there had ever been smoke in the vehicle, there would be no trace. Price was right, no back and forth haggling. Will recommend to anyone in D/FW area...but nationally, I wouldn't hesitate to do business here. They're legit!

onThis dealership I would recommend to all of my family & friends:-) What a great experience dealing with upstanding sales & general manager! They were on it! They explained the process and answered all of my questions! The GM was very honest and forth coming with information that allowed me to make an inform decision as it relate to buying a pre-owned vehicle. In the past, I dread dealing with car salesman because they are usually crooks!! My sales person Rick bka "Country Rick" was delightful:-) He was downright honest & did everything he could to help me and my fiancé. The GM at Auto Web Expo made feel welcome and did everything he could to give us the best deal. The end result was me leaving happy with a 2011 C300 Mercedes Benz:-) Many Thanks to Auto Web Expo!!!
