We know better than to take a car dealers word, but the sales manager Charlie led us to believe repairs for our vehicle shipped across country, which arrived damaged, would be covered. Damage was not disclosed during purchase, in any pics or videos we received. Shipping Bill of Lading sent to us afterward clearly shows the damage at the time of upload for transport. The dealership covered an initial repair estimate + a bit over for our troubles. After conversations and e-mails were so positive, we were led to believe they'd keep their word regarding covering additional damage if found at the final repair appointment. They did not keep their word; we were told they never agreed to repair the "as is" vehicle. We were in the wrong for trusting someone who seemed so honest. Please learn from our stupid mistake and go elsewhere.
