Autonation Honda in Knoxville personnel were amazingly helpful, friendly, knowledgable and - most of all - very patient with our numerous vehicle questions and pricing discussions. Salesman Adrian Brickey was particularly wonderful in clearly answering questions, assisting with paperwork, completing forms and being up-front in negotaitons.

Great transaction on an excellent car

AutoNation Honda presented the Ford Escape I bought online. Excellent pictures, thorough description, and very good price. They certified the car, upgraded many parts and actually had more features on the car than they listed. All in all, we're very happy with the dealership, their staff and the car they sold to us!

Daniel Lee is the best service tech I’ve ever worked with!

The service tech drove my car with me and really listened to my concerns. He also informed me of features on my car that I wasn’t aware of and how to turn them on or off. He fully looked over everything to make sure I was 100% comfortable.

Visited Auto Nation West Knoxville's website, called the dealership to verify the availability and published price of the listed 2024 Honda Civic Touring with Adam the sales manager on duty at that time. Visited the dealership the following day and met with the Shaun the manager on duty at time. He greeted my wife and I, immediately recognizing our names while assuring us that he was familiar with my conversations with Adam from the previous day. He immediately place us with Brandon Veach to facilitate the demonstration, sale and delivery process. The entire process was very friendly and professional, direct and to the point, no nonsense; Auto Nation West Knoxville met all or expectations and more. Performed services needed, no service/maintenance is inexpensive anymore, I wish there were a few more ways to reduce the costs other than a token $10 coupon on a $700+ maintenance visit.

I received great service at the start of pulling into to the garage. My service guy was remarkably the most pleasant courtesy person I’ve ever had at Honda. I asked him if he had ever been told what a great greeter. He was outstanding. He showed me into the waiting area. He came and gave updates on findings and provided suggestive needs and expectations. When service was completed came back to check me out and reminded me of future needed services.

My wife and I had a very good buying experience at AutoNation. It's been a while since we've purchased a new car and we were a little nervous about it. Cody U. took care of us. He was friendly and patient and knew the Honda product well inside and out. He had answers for all of our questions and we never felt pressured in the least. We even got a nice follow-up call a few days later to make sure we were pleased with our purchase.

He promptly got us in, ensured my daughter and I reached our hotel safely, and kept me updated while I was back in Nashville.
