As I have done throughout the life of my 2012 GMC Acadia, I took it in to Wyatt-Johnson's Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation. Doug Seay, service writer, always treats me like a queen. He is very professional, but very caring. He always lets me know when my car will be ready and what will be done. The other members of the service department are also very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else!

Excellent customer service and support! Excellent price Excellent and clean facilities especially the (Coffee) Excellent 4 oil changes get 5th free Excellent all around service facilities if ever been to here in Clarksville tn and uv been to Chevy and Dodge they know who they are locally and just like GMC there service department was the best !!!!

I had a problem with my Terrain shaking when I reached certain speeds. I brought it to the service department and was greeted pleasantly by Josh Griffy. The problem was found and fixed in an appropriate amount of time and I was on my way. As usual, the service and everyone at the dealership was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Wyatt Johnson to anyone!

My sales person was courteous and well informed as I would expected when purchasing a 50K GMC 1500 . Mr. cotton first lined up vehicles that we prescreened and ready for our test drive. As we had pre approved our loan. The entire process was done in one hour! That in my twenty years of car buying has never happened. what a relief to be in and our see only the vehicles I want with the price pre agreed on. well done Mr. cotton

The dealership and salesman made false promises that they could not live up to. We bought our used vehicle with disablements to the vehicle prior to purchase. It was a mechanical issue which cost me 1300 dollars within the first 5 months. The issue was present from purchase but did think anything of it. I thought it was user failure. Then we pay to get the issue fixed and now the same problem is still occurring. I'm annoyed, frustrated and fed up with this business.
