onThe entire experience was quick, easy and very personable! No pressure sales with great customer service. Online loan application saved time and was simple to complete. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and valued our time. The salesman was easy to communicate with through texts, email and phone calls with speedy responses. Our new car was very competitively proced and we got a great deal! It was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas when we drove it off the lot. I couldn't speak more highly of our experience at Billion Nissan.

onI could not believe how easy it was. Allen our salesmen was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I used to hate the dealership but experience but he kept it calm and to the point.

onOverall very good experience. I had to travel about 4 hours to check out a vehicle and was pleased to find that everything i was told over the phone as far as condition of the vehicle was true to their word. very easy to deal with. If you know what your looking for they will have you in and out in no time!

Love my New Chevy Equinox

onI recently got a brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox from Cody Long from Billion Chevy at their sale going on at the WH Lyons Fairground here in Sioux Falls, SD. He was an awesome salesman to deal with. Got me approved for the right Equinox that would fit my budget. Couldn't be any happier with the new Equinox that i have. Billion Auto Chevy has the best people to go to if you need your vehicle serviced or are looking for a new car for either just you or you and your entire family.

Buying an Equinox

onI came to look at a new equinox. I was not sure if I really wanted a new car, even though I needed one. The staff were absolutely terrific. I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner and treated exceptionally. The entire atmosphere at Billion Chevrolet of Sioux Falls was welcoming and friendly. The staff were helpful, informative and made the car buying experience much less stressful than it could have been. I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend you to anyone interested in making a purchase of a new car.

Excellent buying experience

onThis was the first time in a long time that I did'nt experience as what I call a pressure buying situation. Derrick Shoenrock was great he was very knowledgeable about the pickup we were looking at and listened to my concerns that I had with that vehicle. We came to a quick agreement on a price and we were very satisfied with the total buying experience. We stopped in Sioux City to look at the pickup but Frank Remirez told us that the pickup was in Sioux Falls instead of Sioux City. Frank called up to Sioux Falls and told Tony that we were on our way up there. All three men were complete professionals and were very helpful.

Chevy Trax

onMy husband bought his Chevy Trax at Billion Chevrolet of Sioux Falls and the service was great. He got a great deal, the color of car he wanted, and the salesman explained everything about the car when we picked the car up. The process was very friendly and easy for us. The salesman was especially very nice and genuinely nice.

onI'm writing this review to say kudos to Bob Wilson, he's a great service adviser and he should be commended. Everything that was taken care of as it was quoted. The real problem I have had is that I've brought my car to Billion on 12th Street two other times where they made a mess of my car and promised me I would get a review, much like this one, but when I brought back my car and told them there was problems, they not only didn't take care of the problems they caused, I didn't get my review emailed to me. This made me more than angry. It seems they only send out this review to the people that seem happy with their service and when a car is returned to a person and they have left lithium grease all over the leather interior of the car, they won't send that person a review. This is bad business. I have purposely been coming back to Billion in the hopes that I will get these satisfaction surveys and I can tell them that when I have brought my car in to them in the past, I have been more than upset with my service, treatment and follow-up. I would never ever refer anyone to Billion, because besides Bob, I've only ever dealt with rude, pissy people that I am inconveniencing. I think your service sucks and your crew does faulty work, because after I got my seat warmer replace and had a hefty amount of lithium grease slathered all over the driver's seat that they had to remove to "fix" the seat warmer, it broke 6 months later. I'm more than disgusted every time that I come to Billion and have been waiting to write this review for years to tell you what I really think. You guys are horrible, Bob was an exception. He needs to be thanked for possibly turning me around on Billion, but I found out that he's only been there for two weeks, so I'm sure you'll beat the niceness out of him eventually so he can act like all the other horrible service techs and poor mechanics you employ. Shame on Billion, shame on your service and shame on people wanting to come to your dealership, because I love Chevy, but I hate everything about Billion Chevrolet. Except Bob, Bob's cool.

Car has more trouble than when I came in.

onI brought my car in after a flash flood in town. Water got inside I believe, risk of hydrolock. Billion said it just needs time to dry out and it should improve within the week. They replaced a soaked air filter. Now the check engine light is on, and the car is jerking/jumping worse than before. My problem is not resolved, and I am afraid of getting charged even more to fix it when I had hoped to get it taken care of at the time I brought it in. Now I will have to take more time off work to see what the problem is and hopefully get it fixed...?

A Wow Experince

onI did this all by phone , and text sales made me aware of all the rebate i was eligible for offered me the best trade value of anyone bought the color truck i wanted from another dealer for me Accessories dept gave me recommendations and websites to lok at what i wanted added did the lift kit, window tint , tires and rims sales manager didn't make me come down till the project was complete finace dept got me a great rate , and even got it lowered to ofset the cost of a protection pkg that I normally wouldn';t buy into This truck turned out to be a stunner better than the sample pic i was basing my intended look after Awesome all around experience
