Poor service, I waited 3 extra days do to incompetent service personnel
I had a minor car door fixed at local bodyshop as Vaden does not do bodywork. After body work repairs were done, they had to send it to Vaden Nissan to get car mirror "Around View Monitor Calibration" completed per Nissan bulletin to the Car Repair Industry. The body shop completed the repairs and sent it to Vaden Nissan on Friday afternoon. On Monday at 4:30 pm I stopped into dealership to determine how close the car was to being completed. Service personnel told me they could find nothing wrong, but they would not release the car back to bodyshop until they did a test drive which he could not do until the next morning. At 4:30 pm on Tuesday, I spoke to the Service Manager who said they did not understand what the request from the body shop was but they had clarified it and would work on it Weds am. They finally returned the car to the body shop Weds afternoon. When I picked up car at bodyshop, the technician who called in the work to Vaden Nissan explained that this was a routine request they made, but apparently Vaden Nissan personnel did not know what to do on their own cars. Though I bought my car at Vaden Nissan after this experience, I would not trust them to do anything other than a simple oil change as they do not have anyone there with any technical knowledge.
