Got a nice car, but that's about it

We drove 2 hours to this specific dealership because we had found 2 cars on their website we were interested in. Ralph Poe was the salesman who offered to get the cars for us to look at. When we got there, he tried to sway us into thinking one of the cars was the "better drive". When we tested it, we found out it had many things that were not satisfactory and some things didn't even work at all. We test drove the second one and liked it, so we got the sale rolling. Throughout the process of the sale, we dealt with Chad Weeden for the financial part. He explained some things to us and then started throwing papers at us to sign, explaining them in what I would call "salesman mode". We signed the papers and there was one particular paper that explained the different tiered levels he had offered us. I specifically asked him if we would get that sheet and he said it would be in our paperwork. However, when we got home looking over the paperwork, we noticed the chart was not there. We called him Monday morning asking for it, and he claimed it had already been thrown away. We asked him to send another copy and he said he would. However, he never did. Then, when Daniel from customer service called to ask about our experience and we shared this frustration with him, he assured he would get the form sent to us. However, he never did either. This just kind of confirms our feelings that something was just not quite right with what was offered us and what we actually got charged for. And, to top the experience off, Ralph Poe, our salesman just handed us the key at the end of the deal and never once even thanked us for the sale. If the car wouldn't have been such a great deal and exactly what we'd been looking for, we would have walked away that day. It just was not the satisfactory experience we would expect from a car dealership, especially one that got our sale. We definitely won't shop there again, nor would we recvommend it to anyone. I only give 2 stars because we love our car!

Really had an enjoyable experience again at Dick Smith Ford. I have purchases 3 cars from here and used the same Salesman, Nathan Beard each time. Can't say enough about Nate, really great guy and easy going, he listens and seems to care about you being as happy and comfortable with a purchase. I have one more child to buy for in about 2 years and I can say with certainty I will be calling Nate so he can help me again, they have a huge selection and every brand out there. Dont waste your time haggling at other dealerships.

I love my Ford Fusion. Went to a couple different dealerships wanting to make sure I got the best deal. I left the first dealership thinking I was getting a pretty good one. I showed up at Dick Smtih Ford and met Nathan, my salesman. He found me $1000 more in Rebates the other dealer was "hiding", gave me an additional $500 for my trade..... when I got ready to negotiate price, he made one trip to the manager, no back and forth no backing up straight forward and to the point. Got the car I wanted at the price I deserved. thanks for a hassle free experience and I will be back.

Built Ford Tough

It was time to buy a new car and my grandad has always told me to dive Fords and nothing but Fords. When I walked in the door Ronnie Walrath introduced his self and asked for my last name. He called me Ms. Smith the whole time I was there ( I'm pretty sure he was older than me). I felt completely comfortable with the process and Ronnie really made it easy! Now I have a Ford Fusion I love and my grandad is happy too!

The Truck Store

Talk about truck selection, went to all the local dealerships and by far Dick Smith had the largest and best selection available. Salesman name was Nathan and he was extremely helpful. I told him exactly what I needed in the truck, max towing capabilities, best fuel mileage and a few bells and whistles, he showed me the selection I had available and I was like a kid in a candy store. Took me a while, but I found the truck and took it home. Very easy going and no pressure to buy, even offered me time to think about it if I wanted...didn't need it. High Recommendations from me

I saw the commercials for the new Fiesta and really wanted to test one out. That is how I met Nathan at the dealership. He greeted me with a smile and even after 3 days of indecisiveness he smiled when I came back. Made the choice very easy after visiting 2 other dealers. The people were very nice and enjoyable treated me as a valued customer not a potential one which sold me. Love the Fiesta, awesome car and great gas mileage, Nate was very classy and the rest of the Team seemed just as cool

I was prepared and ready to shop around do all the things I was told in the tutorials, compare prices, pit each dealership against each other and get the best deal possible, I was in it for the long haul.....my first stop was Dick Smith Ford....... and it was my only. The selection was huge and more importantly they respected my desire to find the best deal. I was shopping Ford, Nissan and Chevrolet and conveniently they have all 3 dealerships. Nathan was my salesman and he sat down and showed me everything I asked, from 1 location I got information on all three cars. He took me to the Nissan Store and showed me the Altima but ultimately, I bought the Fusion. I love my car and I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Dick Smith Ford, Great pricing no pressure thanks a lot guys well done. Title says it all, I felt no pressure, when I wanted to go home and think about it, Nate my salesman did't hesitate or seem dissappointed, he opened the door for me, told me to let him know what I decided yes or no and did not pressure me at all. Thanks for a GREAT experience Nathan.

Nate went above and beyond to make me happy!! Great service not pushy at all. I never felt pressured. Nate worked with me all day before I could make up my mind, even drove me to another location to test drive some cars that they didn't have. I will go back again when I purchase another car

I was very pleased with the immediate attention I received as soon I arrived at the service department. They were very professional about informing me that my K&N air filter needs cleaning and that it will take overnight for the filter to dry. They also performed my brake maintenance since at next oil change, car will have over 30,000 miles. Thank you for the professional service.
