I came in with a 2010 challenger as a trade in. I left with a brand new 2019 challenger. The experience & service from beginning to end was great. I dealt with Brittany who was very tentative. Meeting with Brittany did not feel as if she was trying to sale me something. Loved the overall experience.

Quick and friendly. The very next day while traveling my low tire came in. The front tires only had 45psi instead of 55 and the back was at 55psi instead of 45.

Fuel tank not accepting fuel.

Overall happy with the dealership, really good communication and fixed the issue quickly. Looking online at the common repair time/cost for the symptoms we asked for a loaner but were turned down. One was made available after the diagnostics were complete but by then a bigger pain to drive back to the dealer to pick it up. The car was not washed prior to return including leaving oily had prints on the hood and fenders.

Also, driver side seat has issue with slight rocking when accelerating. Lois with the service dept was able to get a new part ordered under warranty and I was happy.

I had to get some recalls done and Ted was super helpful and made it a smooth process. He even was adaptable when I wanted to get an oil change after i dropped my truck off. Great service overall and Ted showcased the text alert when my truck was ready.

Express oil change yesterday was done VERY quickly and safety check indicated replacement of wiper blades and air filter needed "soon"-not just yet. I appreciated the early warning and the lack of pressure to replace something that was still has useful service life!

It was not my intention to purchase when I drove onto the lot, but after the greeting I received from Russell C and how important he (and everyone I came in contact with) made me feel, I did not want to go anywhere else. What was also very impressive to me was the fact that we learned some things about my vehicle together. Russ was very transparent about those areas he was unfamiliar with and the manager(s) did not hesitate to stop what they were doing to address our questions and concerns. The entire process was almost seamless and I left riding high in my new Jeep Compass! Great Job Everyone!!!! I feel I have made life long friends.

Got our Jeep Wrangler. Everyone from receptionist to salesman to the finance officer that we came across were very friendly and helpful. Sales Consultant C. E was exceptional. They gave us a very good deal and have been very prompt in responding to our questions even after the sale!
