I never felt pressured at any point during the entire car buying experience. Complete professionals staff the dealership. Everyone we met smiled and said hello, and genuinely cared about or well-being throughout the experience. Loved working with Andrew and Johnnie. Although Andrew was new, he gave a easily relatable demeanor and very friendly and able to answer all my questions, then when partnered with Johnnie it became a dream team of people who knew what they were talking about but cared for the individual. Very happy with my purchase.

The vehicle was ready when the said it would be and rather than replace one daytime running light, they replaced both. Replacing daytime running lights is not a cheap process on a Tahoe. The additional $40.00 bucks to replace the other light which worked fine was more than I expected and I turned it down. But sunny had it replaced anyway at virtually no additional charge.. Very pleased with everything, WELL DONE SUNNY.

I bought a brand new gmc truck! It came with a lift, the key to remove the tires is not the correct one! I have called a bunch of times and everyone say I’ll call you back and they never do! The truck only has 7000 miles on it and I can’t remove the tire to get them rotated, the truck had a dent in it and they said they will fix it and I haven’t heard from them! Plus the price on there website wasn’t what they said was the price when I got there and they said there wasn’t anything they could do! I’m starting to think all dealerships are just into make money and don’t care about the people that want to buy a truck from them!

Vaden of Beaufort was great in my recent purchase. they identified ways for me to get the equity out of my old vehicle, which helped lower my payments on my new vehicle. The sale person Greg that i worked with was very nice and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Vaden is the dealership you want in ever town. They care about the people in their community and truly want you to be happy with your purchase

On March 24, 2017, I met a team of people that were so helpful with this decision. They helped us out before we even stepped foot in the dealership. Mr. Ryan the sales manager and Antonio Gatson in sales was great. I’m glad we could work with them this weekend. I described what I was looking for in a vehicle and they were able to get me in to a 2017 Cheverlot Malibu. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a car!!

Unable to obtain title and registration/cannot use vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from Vaden of Beaufort in late December of 2017 and, after numerous attempts, still do not have my title and registration. They received all of the necessary paperwork from me on 01/10/2018. It took 5 phone calls from me over a 2 week period of time to get documentation of the registration charges. They then sent me a copy of a notarized affidavit with my name and address misspelled for the title paperwork, the wrong amount of tax paid, then cashed my check for the registration payment on 01/31 and I still do not have my paperwork. My tags are now expired and I cannot use my vehicle.

I purchased my first vehicle in September; a new 2017 Sierra Denali; from Tim and had such a great experience that I came back January 2018 and purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse Premiere from the same sales person. Tim has been an excellent sales associate and I would highly recommend him and the Vaden Beaufort Dealership. Both Tim and the employees of Vaden have been consummate professionals and I would purchase a third vehicle from them if I needed to.

I know I have already rated this Dealership but I do not believe this rating details the amount of outstanding service and detail that they do. 5 stars is but a small token of my appreciation from the GM down. My experience was especially special considering the service I received at other dealers. I went in right after the storm and they were right there to get me the exact Truck i wanted. There was no pressure, no rushing, no problems! They did there best to ensure I got the best bang within my budget. Bruce Bartolotto has been awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle new or used. He will make sure to get you rolling out of there without the feeling of being used or being treated like a number. I believe this entire staff has this mission to care for the customer. Even after I purchased the vehicle, this team at Vaden of Beaufort are still working hard to ensure I receive top notch service. Thank you guys for all that you did, are doing, and things you will do in the future! You have a customer for life here! I dare anyone to find better service. I will take that bet!

I respect Wayne Smith and his sales ability. We have purchased from him in the past and trust him. I have had many issues with the service department at Beaufort and considered purchasing my Tahoe elsewhere due to that reason. However, Wayne and Harry talked and we were happy with the deal he could give.
