I've been purchasing vehicle for years now and this Fusion was for my grandson. I found the vehicle online & Northland guided me through step by step. It was hassle free & I feel I was given the deal is deserved. They offered all incentives right away and didn't hide anything. I will definitely tell my friends about the great experience I had.

My husband is away with the military and I have two small boys (ages 2 and 4) at home so going dealer to dealer is impossible. I have been calling and emailing several dealers in the area to try and do as much of the leg work as possible before actually going into make a purchase. The salesman I spoke to was so rude and uninterested in selling me a car he actually cut me off mid-sentence and told me I had to come in to even talk about cars! What? I guess Northland Ford doesn't need my business! I will say that the Japanese companies I have been talking with have been more than happy to deal with me by email and phone and are even happier to send me what they have in stock with the current incentives and their "best" price! We are trying really hard to buy Ford but it is just not looking good right now!
