Worst experience ever at a dealership

So let's start with the good since that's how the encounter started off. The salesman was exceptionally nice on the phone, took time out of his day to set up an appointment to come test drive the car I went to check out. After that it seemed downhill. I've never had an encounter at a dealership where the price was never negotiable at any point when I tried to make an effort. The only thing that worked was when I started walking out the door furious. After that the price was still dead set and all that was negotiable were the extremely high monthly payments which were only negotiable to a point of course. I ended up buying the car and the car itself I am very happy with but when signing for the car the lady who talked about warranties was ridiculously rude. I have never talked to anyone anywhere that was this rude. She shut down any questions I had about the papers I signed and made it very clear she was only there to sell me a warranty that I politely said no to. Half way though signing papers she completely left the meeting and never returned except to hands me my keys and push me out the door. I wish this was a better experience since this was a very nice car I was purchasing and I was very excited to have a new car before this. I will never return except to get my free inspections, but even then I feel uncomfortable doing so.

My wife and I bought two new vehicles today from Jack Giambalvo Buick/GMC: a 2015 Buick Enclave and a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The purchase was initiated due to the breakdown of our other brand vehicle which left me stranded on the side of the road. Everyone from the top down was courteous, professional, well-informed and very hospitable. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We were given very fair prices on our trade-ins and were offered very fair prices on our new vehicles. Additionally, we secured very favorable financing terms through this great Famil-Owned Dealership.

A Totally Satisfied Customer

My hubby and I went in looking to lease a GMC Acadia. Joel and Bob went above and beyond to get us into one but it wasn't until we visited a Chevy dealer that we knew just how much they really did to get us into the price point we were comfortable with. Unlike the other dealer, we felt they gave us a fair trade in price for our old vehicle and Bob took the time to show us every part of the new car. Very informative and not pushy at all. Great experience and would definitely buy or lease there again.

Got my dream Car

I was able to test drive the car I was looking at 2014 Buick Regal) just to see if I liked how it felt and I just fell in love. My husband and I were greeted by Christer and he was just so knowledgeable about all the parts of the car. We took a few days to think about it and decided we HAD to have it. Went back down, saw Christer and told him he just sold us a car!! He went over all parts of the car and offered us to come back anytime if we had any other questions or needs. He was FABULOUS!! The whole dealership was awesome, very friendly. I will now only ever buy a Buick and ONLY from this dealer! Thanks Christer

Excellent Purchasing Experience

I drove home with my new 2014 Sierra yesterday. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, as I would expect, but also knew the competition. On our first visit I told him what we wanted including features that we must have and features that would be nice to have. He did not have a vehicle on the lot that had all of my "must haves" but, unlike the Ford dealership down the road, he invited me to drive a similar vehicle. He emailed information to me on two vehicles that met my requirements. I preferred one over the other and I got a price better than what I wanted to pay. They gave me a fair price for my trade in after some haggling. All in all, as car purchasing experiences go, this was much better than average. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

I applied online for a car. They have all my information. Never heard a word from them. I still need a car. You are as bad as Apple, Diehl Freshstart and the others that think that we customers can be ran all over. You suck.
