Our Toyota salesperson Margie was very knowledgeable and friendly, the Toyota sales manager shook our hand as soon as we walked into showroom...the financial person was very efficient and friendly. The process went quickly.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. Jim Coleman was very helpful and I appreciated his assistance during the sale process. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to the purchase price. I drove two hours to get to your dealership. Personally speaking, negotiating a price on a new car is not my cup of tea. The whole process is confrontational. I believe EVERY MSRP price is a fabrication as well as any INVOICE price is too. Every vehicle is just a commodity...it is a widget...it can and should be negotiated. that said, Thank you for your service and accommodating me. In all the hustle and hurry to get the deal over with I forgot to inquire about the TOYOTA CARE program plastered there in your showroom. Not sure if I qualified since I negotiated my price. In other words, I received a more favorable price than you would have offered because I was willing to walk out of your dealership. (Nothing personal) its just about the money. It is always about the money. i have a degree in Marketing and have been around the block before. Sales is not about the experience for me...it is about the bottom line and the money in my pocket. Toyota at Motorworld is the best place to buy a new car. Everyone at Toyota is awesome! They are all so nice and helpful. Our salesman, Jeff Mericle, was great! He took his time with us and really made sure we had all the information we needed prior to leasing our vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. STan L. was great very helpful, love the accent, answered our questions knew a lot about the Rav4. Emailed and text us about things was able to make a deal easily and work at getting the price and options we wanted. Sales manager was nice and understanding, along with financing, we were in and out everything right in order and professional. No long wait was nice.

Tons of choices and styles of vehicles. Highly informative, no pressure to "close" sales person (Brittany Petty). Finance department continued to work beyond the deal I agreed to and found an even better rate than the great one I was ready to sign. 2 different managers checked in during visit to introduce themselves and offer additional assistance at any time should I have questions. All around GREAT experience!!

Our Sales Consultant (Cory Casacci) was extremely knowledgeable and professional in explaining, to my wife and to me, all the features and benefits of leasing or owning the 2017 Rav4 SE. We decided to lease and to take advantage of the promotions being offered on the early trading of the 2013 Rav4 lease expiring in January 2017. He then processed the transaction very efficiently and upon delivery, he thoroughly explained to us the operation of all the features of this new vehicle. This is the second time we dealt with Cory and we both feel he has a customer for life. We had previously recommended Cory to our son Michael and he has similar feelings in his dealings with Cory and purchased a 2017 Camry XLE from Motorworld thru Cory a few months ago and has told us he has already recommended Cory to many of his friends.
