Beware financing

Purchased a Mercedes 300C sport here. Car is great but financing was a problem when I went to purchase the car. I chose a shorter payoff term to get a lower financing rate...then at the closing the finance dept. had a higher rate on the paperwork. I pointed out the mistake and he went onto explain my score was too low to get the rate I had been promised. Apparently they do not use "real" credit scores...they use some kind of auto credit number. My "real" credit score was 130 points higher than the "auto credit number" that was shown to me. Dealership was unhelpful in getting this problem corrected. When I look a man in the eye and make a promise, I keep it. This is my first luxury car purchase and I assumed that the dealer would have the same philosophy that I do when dealing with their customers. I was wrong.

Bought 2006 Altima fronm this dealer. This is the 5th Nissan I have purchased from them. They are outstanding!! Sales dept staff is very knowledgable and helpful with no games. Service dept is the best Ive ever seen
