What I liked about my experience was that the Service Team did their best the resolve the issue considering that there was a backlog and delay on parts due to the massive fuel pump recall and the global pandemic. Fortunately, the repairs were made a lot sooner than anticipated considering that I was given a ETA of October 23 for the part to come in.

Friendly Service

Everything from reception, sales, finance to picking up my car. The Customer Service Representative, Diana was very polite and professional and attentive. The Sales Associate, Loc Than, was bery knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He was eager to listen to my needs and was able to negotiate a competitive price for the vehicle. In addition, the Finance Consultant, Javier was very professional and made the closeout process seemless. The showroom was very clean and social distancing guidelines were maintained throughout my visit.

Love this Dealership and the Service Dept

I always find that the staff is helpful, polite and quick. They let you know what is going on at almost every step and I never spend all day. If it is an all day event, they let me know in advance. From the moment I bought my car, I have love my experience with this dealership.

I really like all of the people at Champion Toyota. Each person I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. They always are. I like that you have someone who coordinates things, Chantall. She does a great job as do all of the service technicians. The service technician who checked me in was very helpful as well and very courteous and friendly. I also like that they give the car a thorough check-up and identify issues that need to be taken care of.

Its very convenient for me that they provide a shuttle for me back and for to the train to go to work while my car is being serviced is great. It also would not hurt Toyota (not every time, but from time to time) to offer a longstanding customer a spur of the moment discount when you bring your car in. Your a large corporation and it would not hurt your bank account.
