Need to offer options.

They were fast and efficient in getting my transmission programed. However, I had them look at my cd player not working. They stated it was broken and that GM no longer list it. They did not offer the service of having it sent to GM for repair, Which Bonnor Chevrolet did, and it's been repaired. They charged me labor to tell me it was broken and that was it, they could given me the option of repair.
