Horrible Service Department

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from them. The car shakes violently. They are two busy to look at it for at least two weeks. I was told I can have a rental for $40/day. Buy a new car and need to pay for a rental because it is not driveable is crazy. They seem to not care at all.

Do not take your vehicle here. My car was in an accident where I went off a ditch and needed new struts, new tire, Etc. the service manager would never call me back when he said he would. I got the car back and drove it and I could tell instantly it wasn't aligned properly. I called them and they didn't even balance the tires!!! After putting a new tire on and the type of accident- this should have been a no brainier. I took it to another shop for a second look. The shop owner said I need to call the dealer and raise $$$$. The alignment was not done right, and they missed several issues. I will never go there again. Called the dealer back and he basically told me he had his best techs on the car and it was fine when it left the building. My second opinion and the way the car drove says otherwise. Never again.
