In the right hands at Tri County Jeep

After a series of car problems I needed a quick, painless and honest car buying experience. Someone put me in touch with the sales manager at Tri County, from that moment I knew I was in the right hands. Mike McVeigh and Brad Ross couldnt have been more helpful. My Jeep was basically ready for me before I even stepped foot on the lot. There was no negotiating, no haggling, no behind closed door games. They handled everything professionally and courteously. All the other employees I encountered were the same. In fact, I live over 30 miles from Tri County, yet I will never go anywhere else for another car or service. I know these guys can be trusted and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

Best car buying experience ever

By far the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. I'm newly single and they could not have made it any easier. I looked online and contacted a salesperson who was able to negotiate the best price for me. I walked in and signed the papers and was in and out in an hour. Love my jeep! Have already sent two friends in.

Worst experience ever

Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. That's in fact exactly what happened to me. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they [non-permissible content removed] with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either!

The whole team at Tri-County is top of the line. They make the car buying process as simple and painless as possible. I recently purchased a Jeep from them and I would recommend going to see the guys up in Limerick for any of your car buying needs. My salesman, Mike Evans, was fantastic. I previously drove something that wasn't Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram and I had many questions about the Jeep models and their differences. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that I was comfortable with the model I chose. He made the process of paperwork easier and less tedious than it can be sometimes. The dealership was so nice and comfortable which made the waiting manageable while waiting for the final touches to be put on my car. The guys in the detail department did an excellent job on my Jeep, making sure it looked as good as it possible could have. Everyone from the service and detail department to the General Sales Manager, Mike McVeigh, who shook my hand and congratulated me as I left, deserve much recognition. I would highly recommend you go to Tri-County Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram if you're in the market for a new car. It's well worth the trip!

The most effortless and pleasurable vehicle leasing I have ever experienced. Mike McVeigh and Jason Kraiza got me into a car that my wife loves at the payment I wanted with some "nice-to-have" features that I requested. There wasn't any "car salesmen" games. I highly recommend you speak to these gentleman when considering getting into a new vehicle.

Just leased my 2015 Dodge Durango RT from Tri County Dodge Jeep Ram this past month. It was overall a great experience from start to finish. I would like to personally thank my salesman Jason Kraiza, manager Mike McVeigh and the rest of the staff at Tri County who were extremely friendly and courteous during my visit. I was a little reluctant traveling outside of my normal car buying area but I'm glad I did. I had an amazing no pressure car buying experience unlike other places I have been to. If your looking to buy a new or used car I highly recommend you take a ride to Tri County Dodge Jeep Ram for your next vehicle purchase. It was well worth the trip for me.

Should know vehicles better before selling

You would think a salesperson would know vehicle better (we bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) instead of saying 'o, I can get a tech to explain that to you'. Also, would be nice if salesperson knew that a vehicle being 'Nav ready" doesn't necessarily mean it has the Nav package. All in all, a disappointing experience. In fairness, they weren't pushy, and I believe we got a good deal on our trade-in, but in the end we traded in a fully functioning Subaru for a 2014 brand spankin' new Jeep that has spent a combined 3 weeks at dealership for repairs (current streak of 15 days) and there is no end in sight. So beware, you may trade in for/ or outright buy, a vehicle that you cannot drive! When Jeep has a problem they can't fix, they make it your problem too!

These guys are great, negotiated 95% of my grand cherokee deal with the internet manager, Harvey, through email and went in and had my car appraised, in and out in less than 2 hours.
