onMy experience with David Dodge has been 5 stars from the moment i walked in to buy my van to the time i picked up my van from the service department. They bend over backwards to help and make sure everything is right. You can’t help but feel good when you leave their dealership. I send everyone i know to them because i know they will be treated right the first time. I am happy to have such a great dealership so close to home.

onCherokee in for warranty repair. Vehicle was there for 3 hours. When I went to pick up, they said it would be another 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Didn't inform of extensive time requirement when I dropped it off.

onI brought my daughters jeep in for service. They performed a "multipoint" service and a couple of other issues (check engine light, heater issues). The issue surrounding the heat was it not being as warm as we thought it should be in prior months. They come back with, " the heater core and radiator need to be replaced" for a total of $2100.00. As I ask more questions to the service writer and then the mechanic, it was very clear and evident they had no substantiation for these claims. Additionally, when I asked them questions, such as …"are you able to flush the heater core or radiator", I received a response of, "we don't have the tools to do that type of work”?? Furthermore, the coolant level was low.... you would have thought that the "multipoint" service would have at least noticed that the coolant level was low???? Or even better, when they performed the "in-depth inspection" to determine the radiator and heater core "needed" to be replaced, maybe they should have checked the coolant level as well?? Obviously, I declined the invitation to waste $2100.00 on repairs that they could not substantiate in any way, shape or form. And, to make matters worse than they could be, since I declined the bad advice to spend $2100.00, they charged me $129.00 to "diagnose the problem".... Keep in mind, I actually bought this vehicle from David Dodge as well... My next step was that I took it to a local mechanic (that was recommended on Facebook). It cost me $75.00 for a heater core flush and new coolant. Problem solved!!! If this issue is not rectified by David Dodge, I will NEVER, buy another vehicle or have my current vehicle serviced at David Dodge again in the future. Nor will I recommend this dealer to ANYONE in the future.

2004 Sebring - brake line section

onCost of almost $800 to replace just a brake line section seems beyond reasonable. Very disappointed. Taking mechanic about 6 hours to do so is unimaginable. Yes, brakes seem to work well now.

onI took in my 2017 Wrangler because a transmission gear was popping out. Thankfully my warranty covered a loaner vehicle because David Jeep kept my vehicle for 28 days. After the first 24 hours, not hearing back from David, I called and was told that parts are on backorder and it’ll take 1 week. After week 1, I called back and was told 1 more week because of backorder. I attempted to get info from my service advisor through phone calls & the texting system they use, yet nothing. I was promised follow up phone calls, yet NOTHING. Finally on day 27 I spoke with the service manager and after laying into him, my Jeep was ready to be picked up. I understand how backordered items work, but in that case, communicate with your customer. When you say you’ll follow up, do so. I went out of my way to go to David because my usual dealership was booked solid for 2 weeks - won’t make that mistake again. Sorry David, my Chrysler is ready for a trade in, but it won’t come from you.

onI had a knocking noise in my company vehicle. I drive a Ram1500. I was told one of the lifters was bad. David Dodge supplied me with a loaner/ rental vehicle while they worked on the truck. When I got it back I was informed all work was covered under drivetrain warranty, which was a relief. Would recommend them again.
