Silverado oil change & filter

I asked to have an oil change and filter. My truck was done in a timely manner. It was actually done sooner that I had expected. The person who waited on me was very nice and was very professional.

While the service was excellent, I am the only one out of my friends and family that drives a GM made car. I cannot realistically say I would suggest this dealership based on service alone when they would have to buy a new car and I haven't seen the showroom.

I had a problem with the throttle body of my Trailblazer which had been replaced less than a year ago. Made appointment by phone, which was easy, dropped car off, was called when service was complete. Work was covered under warranty, so no charge. Problem appears fixed.

The sales personnel were very nice ... but with the current incentives going on, it was made clear, they would not want my trade, and would want to give me less than auction pricing. So, you advertise you are having a SALE ... but either do not want trades, or want to low-ball trades? This does not make sense, unless you have nothing to trade.

Honest and fair price

Everyone was polite. What was most impressive to me actually happened to someone else. I saw an elderly man who had brought his daughter's car in for an oil change. After about 5 minutes, the service rep came to the waiting room and told the man since the car only had 1,000 miles since the last oil change, it did not need one. That was honesty! That is the kind of thing that keeps me coming back! And coupons and discounts!
