Discriminatory based on affluence

I’ve been a life long mini customer. Due to Covid hardships and some complications around a name change my credit score has suffered. I’m sure a lot of people can understand hardships due to Covid. Francis could use training on being empathetic and more polite to his customers. I’ve bought twice as expensive as what I was asking for finance for and was told I had to provide proof of income an 3 references. Never have I ever had to do this. The offer also didn’t take into consideration the amount I wanted to put down and had astronomically high interest rates for a market that wants to give people loans to stimulate it. When I mentioned this to Francis he said he wasn’t the bank and “just sold awesome Mini’s”. That’s all I heard. Nothing else. [non-permissible content removed].

When we found the car we wanted to buy, our sales person met with her Sales Manager to get us the best deal the first time. We waited around 20 minutes and she did come back with a great deal. The price was fair and the car was ours.

My experience was so enjoyable! I was excited to be purchasing a new car, and my mood stayed that way for the duration. Even though I took a couple of weeks to decide, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I was listened to, and treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Ask for Amanda!

I contacted Mini of Portland after seeing an ad on Auto Trader for the exact car I was looking for, but couldnt find on any other lot. I was directed, by sheer luck, to Kim Posey, who was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided us through the whole process without a hitch! I would recommend Kim @ Mini of Portland for your new or used car needs.

I have bought a Mini at each of 2 Mini dealerships (Portland and Tacoma), and both have been exceptional. Great customer service, low pressure sales w/o haggling, and very helpful staff. Mini Coopers are my favorites of the cars I've owned, especially my new one (2018 4 door hardtop).

I first leased my Mini Cooper and then decided to purchase the car after my 2-year lease was completed. Everyone at Mini of Portland were wonderful and handled the entire process without a flaw. They organized not only the payoff of the car very smoothly but also arranged for a full service appointment plus fulfilled my request to have some extra stripes installed on my Mini and new wheel caps all at the same time. We drove into Portland from the coast and needed an efficient appointment that would cover all my requests. To sum it up, all I asked for was accomplished and more. The entire staff was very professional, more than competent, and all was done with a smile and charm. What more could one ask? I highly recommend Mini of Portland for car lease/purchase/service. Wonderful group of people.

Love My Mini

I had a great experience buying my Mini Countryman. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt taken care of and I felt that the sales people were honest. My two sales people were Joe and Ana. Joe was refreshing to have as a salesman as I truly felt he was a man of integrity and cared that his customer received the best deal possible. Ana is natural sales person with excellent timing. She reads people well as she knows when to stop and listen. I feel like I got a great car at a good price and whatever complaints I had were all taken care of. I will return to buy another car there and this is the first time I have ever been able to say that. There are many dealerships I will not ever walk into as long as I live but Mini of Portland made buying a car pleasurable. I highly recommend buying a Mini and buying it from Mini of Portland. I love my new Mini!

Most rewarding experience

Everything went well.It took longer than I expected to complete the purchase, but eventually managed to get away before dark! The main problem was the Vin number on my old car (Ford Fusion) which had two numbers incorrectly written on the "REPORT of SALE" notice which I had to turn into the Dept. of Licensing within five days of the sale. I am presently waiting for the correct form which should be in the mail tomorrow (Hopefully)

Amazing Service

I was amazed with the service that I received. My wife was unable to come because of her work and Krista was very flexible. The dealership held the car while I drove down, I live 70 miles away out of state. Krista was very professional and drove to my town 70 miles away after the sale in rush hour traffic so my wife could sign the papers. Without that I would of not have been able to purchase the vehicle. I had the best expirence!

It was First rough getting the exact Mini I was wanting, I actually Settled on theFirst I looked at after looking at 3 other minis. David was Trying to make the Sell but Lacked the Skills to get the job Done; Roger the Sales Manager was Very Professional. He Listened to What I had to Say and made me a Deal That I was willing to settle on. David Gave me the impression that he was a new Advisor with Guidence from Roger he too Can Become a Good Closet. All in All I appreciated Davids efforts, Bottom Line I Walked/Drove Out with a Mini. Thank You Again, my Daughters will Really Be Safer in the Mini I Drove off the Lot with.
