Don't buy a used car!!!!

Well to start i have been a customer for over 20 yrs ( my first car plus) recommended my son go down and look 4 a car. salesman were great ( haha) found a car that we thought was sound unfortunately 3 months down the road he gets a radiator leak ( no fault of his) guess what 1200$ but we will help lets say 600$ we r doing u a favor ( haha) called local mechanic said they could do all of that and more for 600$ did i say we bought extended warranty ( what a joke) ty allan johnson NEW manager 😉

FANTASTIC!

I love going to the service department at Lithia Honda. They are so honest and forthright! They do not try to sell me something just for the sake of the sale and are very honest about what my car needs or will need in the future! Thank you Lithia Honda. I always visit the salesman who sold me the car. He is a friend now and it is a great experience.

Complimenting new car purchase service

We bought a new Accord, made an appointment for interior and exterior protectant. Service department (Josh) was very attentive, made sure I was comfortable, and checked on me from time to time. Service completed in the promised time frame.

Always great service with a smile

These guys are awesome! This is my third car that I purchased and I have exclusively had them do my services. I live an hour and half away but it is well worth the drive. I am always sure to get the best service and the guys are always super nice and helpful. Love the new location as well!

Prompt and Polite Service

Jason at Lithia was very polite and courteous with me at my last visit for a lube, oil and filter. It was time to redo my rear differential and it was performed in a timely manner and was the price that was quoted to me. I was happy with the work and Jason explained what the process of redoing the differential involved.

Good value for the cost.

Lithia Honda, Medford, OR has exceptionally friendly and courteous personal. The repair work to replace a 2006 Honda CR-V rear bearing was done with competence, and the warranty period exceeds the norm. In the long run, I'm getting good value for the cost.

Lithia Honda is the Best

It is worth it to me to drive down to Medford from Seattle to have my car serviced at Lithia Honda! The service is excellent, fast, professional and the waiting atmosphere is so pleasant. Service up here is slow (no quick lube ), people couldn't care less and I got a bill when my policy covers the routine maintenance. It's Lithia Honda for me.

$89 to change transmission fluid????

We just had the oil and transmission fluid changed. Oil change already paid for so they charged $89 to change transmission fluid. Whole process only took 15 minutes for both.

Fast and Friendly

We came in on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment...for an oil change. I had a coupon for service. Everyone was very nice. The bathroom was very clean (thank you for that!) and the chair comfortable. I started to read the magazine I brought with me and barely got into it when they came in and said they were finished! Great job!

Great Work

We got in and out for my oil change in a very speedy time. They told us it would be 45 minutes total but only ended up being maybe 25. They even walked my keys out to me in the parking lot and let me know I was all done
