Worst dealer ever

I went into dealership to buy a truck. Sales manager told me what a great deal I was getting. They could not do any better. After I got the truck home. I saw it advertised on tv for less. Total lies. Will say what ever it takes to make a sale. Rip off artist. Not trust worthy. Would never do business with this high pressure sales liars. Save your self time and money. Stay away from this place.

I found the salespeople to be polite, courteous, and willing to tell you anything to make a deal. This seems to be a direct reflection of their management, who are also polite, courteous, and deceiving. I agreed to a 28% - 30% interest rate on the promise that if I come back after a year of making payments on-time they would happily trade me out of the cars and the huge interest rate. One year later, I did my part, they refused do theirs. They wouldnt even return a phone call. I understand that most dealerships are guilty of misleading customers, it comes with the territory. Brads Chevrolet is no exception to this rule. Just make sure you do your homework before you step foot in this establishment. Dont believe a word they say and make sure everything works on the car, especially the CD players. Good luck!
