We were referred by a friend and figured why not check them out when we were in town. We live a little over 2 hours away. Our intentions were to test drive some 4Runners and figure out what model we wanted. Then eventually take the jump and purchase one. After leaving North Cutt we went to Tulsa to see what they had at the two Toyota dealerships. Which we live 30 mins from Tulsa. The difference in service was very night and day. At both Tulsa locations they were very much like car dealers and pushed for a deposit. Mind you, we weren’t ready to purchase yet. They also didn’t seem to want to help out much or know much about 4Runners. After talking about it, my husband and I decided to take the leap and We called Chris at North Cutt and ordered my new car. Everyone at North Cutt was very welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. From the sales team to the finance team. They were amazing. Honestly wasn’t expecting to purchase this soon but they made it very breezy. We highly recommend North Cutt to anyone. Rique and Chris have been amazing this whole time. Even though it’s a little bit of a drive it’s worth the experience we had there. This is our third vehicle purchased from any dealership and everyone at North Cutt went above and beyond the past two experiences. I know if we ever purchase another vehicle we will be making a trip to see them.

Very positive: from Cooper and Blake (his boss) thru to Josh (the money guy). Significantly above average from other dealer interactions in the greater OKC area (100 mile radius). Liked the full tank of gas. I have asked Cooper a number of follow on technical questions after purchase which he has come thru on.

Ryan Martin was our salesman. He was very nice & answered all of our questions. We made the drive to Enid for several reasons and very glad we did! We only have one local Toyota dealership & they didn’t have what we wanted. We will definitely purchase from Ryan @ Northcutt for future vehicles!

Buying from Northcutt Toyota was a no-pressure buying experience. The last car we bought was in 2000 and it was a 1997 Avalon from them. We inherited a 2000 Buick from a family member and drove it for many years. When we decided to get a newer vehicle we went back to Northcutt and bought a certified 2014 Avalon. Thomas Davis was very nice. His low-key style was just want we needed. Chad and Chris were also great to work with. We definitely recommend them

Chris and Shane made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. I have put purchasing a new vehicle off due to having to deal with car salesmen. I looked in Tulsa but called Northcutt at a recommendation of a friend (who has purchased multiple vehicles from Northcutt). They beat every dealer's price in Tulsa and was a dream to work with. Looking for a car for my daughter going off to college I went to the internet. There I found a 2017 RAV4 XLE that was the right color and had all the safety features I was wanting. I sent a question via their web site and later the same day Shane was in contact. For about a week we went back and forth with my questions and his answers. During this time Shane never pushed, put pressure on me, or never said anything about needing to put money down to hold the car for me. I told Shane that I lived an hour from the dealership and that with my work hours and their dealership hours I would not be able to make it over until the weekend. Shane offered to stay late on a week night for me so I could Buy my new RAV4. I really liked that because this way I had their full attention and was in and out fast. They were easy to deal on the price of the RAV4 and also gave me what I was hoping for on my trade. I really like this dealership for both sales and service. They work with you 110%. Now I feel good knowing my daughter will be going off to college in a safe dependable car. Thank you Shane for making this a no stress deal.
