Great Service and Personnel

I have been going to Liberty Ford Parma since 1998 and have never used any other dealer/service since relocating to Ohio. The Sales and Service personnel are efficient and provide quality service. My Salesman of choice is Fred Schubert who is an excellent and caring individual. I frequently recommend Fred and Liberty Ford to any friend or associate looking for a new/used vehicle. Good service but needs to improve on the extras

So I never have a problem with the service and when something needs fixed or just a simple oil change it gets done. However, every time I've taken my car in it takes way too long, it shouldn't take 7 hours for an oil change. Also, the thing that upsets me the most is my car comes back with grease on the inside example the sun visor and right above the window on the roof of the inside of the car, and no car wash? How do you not give courtesy car wash after maintenance? I mean I payed the extra money for the extended 6 year everything covered plan and I can't get a simple car wash... Just doesn't seem right. All-in-all the service is good but it's the little things that your customers are going to remember and make your customers come back to purchase again.

2010 Escape check up

Great Sales Team

I have been buying new Fords from Liberty and General Sales Manager Matt Stringer for years and he is simply the best. Always goes the extra mile to meet all my needs. The other sales person involved in this purchase, David Frame and the Finance Manager, Chris Bogar were also great. All were knowledgeable and professional in trying to make the entire experience a positive one. I have not picked-up the new Edge up yet but I'm sure everything will be as promised and agreed upon. Matt has never let me down. Great Team.

Great sales person

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape SE. When I put the request on the internet AJ was VERY persistent to get me in to test drive one. I did check out the other car lots when they were closed. I did not want to be talked to until I decided what SUV I wanted. I did have a Torrent 2006, 2 Honda CRV. I was ready to try a Ford product. I did have 2 Probes in the past and a Maverick. Walking into the dealership for the first time is VERY overwhelming..... I get it. I have been warmly welcomed. AJ has been VERY helpful. Training myself on a new car is challenging. To the point and no bull

I went to multiple ford dealers and Liberty of middleburg heights took charge and made it happen while the others wanted to give me the run around and beat me down. My sales girl and her manager were top notch. I had one problem they didn't order the truck with cab lights and really did nothing to make it right. I felt like the amount of money I spent and knowing as a contractor I will buy more trucks they would have done more.

Dave Baker, Paul LaRocco, and Nicole Nahm was very nice, helpful, and knowledge. They make you fell like your very important. They take care of you like your part of a family. They took care of my new Explorer like it was there own personal vehicle. These 3 employees are very important to Liberty Ford and the employees, that are behind the scenes that you don't see, that worked on the car fixed the problem and also kept the vehicle clean inside and out. I always go to Liberty Ford in Parma Hts., Ohio to buy new vehicles and for maintenance. They will aways have my business. They are also very trustworthy.

Parma Heights Ford deserves 5 stars

My car was a 2007 Ford Fusion that I bought from you brand new back in 2007. My transmission decided to let go you gave me a quote of $8,000 for a new one. I was in a bind cuz I'm a hospice nurse and I needed a good reliable safe vehicle and your people you found me 2013 Volkswagen Passat that I could afford good reliable safe vehicle that your technicians went over with a fine-tooth comb. I cannot say enough about my salesman Del or the rest of the staff they were awesome

Car repair was what was expected.

I got a call early in the day and was told my vehicle would be ready later that day. I appreciated the heads-up. The customer service rep said not to come by, he would call me closer to 2:00 to let me know exactly when it was done. The next call I recieved was just after 4:00 and he said, "Are you coming to get your car today?" I explained that earlier he told me to wait for his call back. Then he said that the car has been ready since 2:00. I was a bit annoyed because I had been out running errands and was closer to the dealership before returning home. Now I had to head over there, which is 30 minutes from home, and then drive back home during rush hour. The communications could be improved.
