TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO MY SELLING DEALER FOR SERVICE

onI set appointment on line for service and warranty work, first the appointment date i requested was not available and had to send my vin number to maria sako so i requested another date for 10/23/2019 she sent me an email saying that they where completely boocked and that i needed to go back to my selling dealer. Thats not how we do business. I work for a Ford dealer and no matter who your selling dealer is we make sure to accommodate the customer. Not like maria soka handled this new vehicle owner. If i would be able to not give a star i would but would not let me....

onIt's been a number of years since I've had my minivan service there and there has been many many changes. The place is terrific. The operation is clean and efficient. The personnel, from intake to the cashier, and I even stopped to talk to a sales person, and when I noticed was that everyone was top notch.

onThey were very honest and effective. - I asked them to program a key fob that I purchased elsewhere. I know for a fact that many dealers will "try" to program it, then tell you that it is defective to try and sell you one from them, at 3-4x the price. This was not the case here! They were willing to program it, and it was successful and painless. Very reasonably priced for the service too!

onThe service person we dealt with on the phone (Scott Anderson) was very polite and helped us work through a complication with our repair. His callbacks were always very timely. Once our vehicle was dropped off the time to repair was very quick. Dropping off or picking up a vehicle often affects the schedules of at least two people on the customer side. We appreciate the convenience of night-before vehicle drop off and the extended evening service hours on some nights for vehicle pickup. We have every confidence your techs will do the work correctly and trust your service.

Service department severly lacks product knowledge

onI will be short and to the point. Their Service Department failed now on more that one occasion to properly diagnose and fix the problems of our still-under-warranty Renegade. Since it is my wife's car and their service department has on several occasiong dealt with her in an unfortunately far too common condescending way, reflective of their attitude that "Females" are basically ignorant of and unable to understand the mechanics of an automobile. I will give them one more and last chance to rectify the issues, before I escalate the matter to FCA headquarters' customer satisfaction folks. (PS - your rating system allows for a one star minimum rating - in this case one star is overrating their performance)

onThe owner Paul refuses to release any documents on work that Service Technicians have done to my vehicle. He told me to get a SUBPOENA....... --!! Really !! Truth be told it would be a motion for the documents not him in court do I need. But guess he's as knowledgeable as his company is trustworthy. Paid for service work when my blow motor caught fire with kids in vehicle and found out that an investigator would have been brought in to make sure this was isolated and not going to harm or kill anyone and require a mass recall. He has ruined the Chrysler of North Olmsted since he obtained it from past owners, Brunswick Chrysler. They now have no past service records from the swap. No records were kept and REFUSES TO RELEASE ANY FROM HIM OWNING IT NOW EITHER. BILL THE SERVICE TECH WAS JUST AS BAD SAYING IT WAS MY FAULT THE CLIMATE CONTROL STOPPED WORKING THAT HE FIXED AND YES I PAID FOR__!!!!!!!THE OWNER --- was rude, disrespectful and had me on speaker making comments about my vehicles out of warranty. Yes, and it was when I was PAYING HIM to work on it as well. What a shame his dad gave him a great place and he has to treat customers in such a terrible manner. Be smart and avoid this Chrysler that PAUL S. HRNCHAR JR., OWNS--!!! Never had a problem with another. [non-permissible content removed]

Waranty does not exsist at Chrysler- watch the fine print

onI wanted to let every know that I purchase and extended gold warranty with the Chrysler N Olmsted dealership and should have covered everything bumper to bumper. Buyer beware , little do you know when you engine starts burning through oil at the rate of a quart every 750 miles taht is acceptable for a chrysler car with 60k miles.. so if you have an oil change every 3000 miles your car will almost be complete empty of oil, and that is acceptable through chryslers policy. I was given the run around by the dealership having to stop in every 600 miles to do an oil consumption test and was told by the dealership that nothing could be done. I would by a quality car and not a so called warranty, worst part about this was I spent $1700 extra dollars to purchase this warranty , and still nothing!!! Engines are expense to replace after 5 years.
