I found the car on the dealer's website,and liked how clean it appeared for the sale price.I drove it and thought it was a good buy,especially after working with Mike,my salesman,and getting the price down lower.Have had no problems since with it.It's started even in the zero degree weather I've had here.

Very good dealship to work with. Our salesman was amazing at every aspect of the process. We did buy a used car and it is nice. We are having issues with the car that needs addressed. Hopefully we can get that fixed and it will last a while. Would still buy from them again.

I am thankful for the extremely helpful and friendly service that I received from Bob-Boyd in Lancaster, Ohio. Dave was fantastic and extremely helpful with getting me to the vehicle that I wanted! Myself and my parents previously purchased vehicles from Bob-Boyd in 2012 and we both came back within the 2016-2017 time period to trade out and get something newer! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, as my family has had wonderful experiences during all of our purchases! Dave was very down to earth and not pushy for a sale! He wanted me to be happy and confident with my purchase!

Jesse, Bobby Dawes and all the staff from service to the final paperwork were all top notch. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns over selling my car and buying a new one. I didn't feel any pressure and they were always quick with a reply to all questions. The process was smooth and done in a relatively quick amount of time for how long it takes to usually purchase a car. I love my car and would return to Bob Boyd in the future.

Spend 250000 (14) on cars never once did they give me a deal that was better then the other dealers in the area. My friend kept me going back but that's over now will deal with them again
