When I arrived at Ricart I wasn't completely sure what car I was looking for, but Nicholas Zaveloff worked with me to ensure that all of my needs were met. He showed me different levels of cars in my price range and then worked with me to narrow my choice. Nicholas was also very knowledgable about the car I chose. He worked with me to pair my phone and set up all the gadgets in my new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Thanks!

I spent two different days at the Ricart dealership. Day one was spent simply looking at and sitting in different SUV's. The young sales person was informative and helpful without being in a hurry to finish a deal. Day two was more to test drive different SUV's and I really was not planning to buy...but I did. Heather was my sales rep and she was nothing less than phenomenal. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and made this the best buying experience I have ever had. When I finally decided to purchase one vehicle, another sales leader approached me to ask if I had driven the Tuscon, which I had not. He informed me that it was a very good SUV, that I might like it even better than the one I thought I liked and that there were very good pricing deals that would make it even better than the one I had picked. He was right. From top to bottom, everyone at Ricart did it the right way and made this experience one that I will repeat with them in the future.

The salesman Case Chamblin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle . He was very professional with his approach and was not a pushy salesman. He is one that makes a customer very comfortable. The general manager really made me feel uncomfortable . He was not personable or friendly.

I thought a big megamall would make me feel insignificant....like just another customer.... But I was wrong!! I got personalized service and all the time I needed!! I feel the deal I made was fair for all parties. I wasn't expecting to get "ripped" off nor did I expect to get a "hand out". I know I was happy with my deal and I am sure they made some money to. I would go back to Ricart! All my fears were for nothing. A good dealership with PLENTY of inventory and nice people!!

Amazing Sale Staff and an Amazing Experience

I was suppose to meet with one sales person but they were busy with another customer, so they sent out a call for any sales person who was not busy, and one showed up immediately. They asked questions about what type of car, new or used, color, items that I wanted in my car. The sales person showed me various cars until I found one that I was interested in. The sales person was knowledgeable about all the cars that I looked at and allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. The sales person suggested a Hyundai Sonata and I fell in love with it while test driving. This car was not even on my radar. The team at the Ricart Dealership is amazing. From the sales person to finance to signing the papers. It was a great experience and I highly recommend people to shop there.

All the people I worked with at Ricart, from the salesperson to the business manager, were professional and friendly. They made the process of buying a new car feel easy and did not pressure me at all. The saleswoman I worked with, Heather Golden, was knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful. She made sure my family and I were taken care of all through the process. There are also lots of perks and discounts from buying through Ricart that aren't available with other dealers. I definitely recommend going to Ricart if you're in the market for a car.

My parents and I had an overall terrific experience leasing a new Hyundai at Ricart. Harrison was our sales person and he made the usually painful process enjoyable and dare I say, fun! His sense of humor and easy going attitude make it easy for me to recommend him to anyone wanting to get a car. His manager and finance manager were also very friendly and helpful!

My experience with all of the Ricart staff I encountered was nothing but positive. There was no high pressure, etc. I test drove then came back a few weeks later to purchase. My salesman, Case, made sure to follow up with me in the interim at acceptable intervals. This is my fourth Hyundai and first experience with Ricart. I will happily deal with them again.
