Not often I can say I had a pleasurable car-buying experience, but this is the exception. Communication was great; all my questions were answered. The price at the table was the price we discussed over the phone. No pressure at all for additional add-ons. I do wish they were closer to my home, I drove three hours each way to purchase the car. Highly recommend this dealership.

First of all, I never give reviews or feedback {good or bad}. And I mean NEVER! However in this case, I just could not ignore. Connor was my sales person, and he was Super. I called ahead, and was met at the door and made to feel comfortable immediately. I felt no pressure no pushiness, just friendly people. Connor answered all my questions, explained everything from start to finish. He listened, joked, and made me feel like I was with family. Brian was my Sales Manager, and he was equally accommodating. Every single question was answered fairly and promptly. I was given a very fair offer on my trade-in vehicle. I could not have been more pleased than I was dealing with Mazda of Germain West. They were great to work with and I cannot imagine going any place else for any future car purchase. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone !! Great Experience !!

Germain Mazda was the second place we went to after a negative experience at Great Lakes Hyundai. Donovan Anderson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out a car within our budget. The process was low pressure and everyone on the team was friendly and fun, which made usually a stressful experience easy. Appreciated how it felt everyone had our best interest. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Attention to detail

I had to get a gauge cluster replaced under warranty due to dead pixels going down the center, I guess there was a service bulletin on it for the 2019 models awhile ago, Mazda west never has helped with this car (where I purchased) if your reading this go to Germain of Columbus not “west”. And deal with their service for sure. I asked for no wash and for my car to be treated with care, which is exactly what I received. Meanwhile west sold me a certified car that certainly wasn’t good to go off the gate and I’d hope no one else would trust them either. Go to GERMAIN MAZDA OF COLUMBUS

We had plans on buying an Atlas, but decided to stop by to glance at the cx-90. We spoke with Connor who was super friendly and not pushy at all (which is so greatly appreciated). We didn’t get a chance to test drive that day since we had other plans, but we came back the next day to buy cx-90. Connor made it a point to make sure we really were satisfied with the car prior to our purchase. Everyone we spoke with was great and very efficient.

Marcus was my salesman and he was amazing even before going into the dealership to start the process of test driving and looking around. There was no pressure at all. Everything was relaxed. Lots of communication before, during and after my interest in my new to me Mazda CX-5. Marcus was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always bought Chevy Impalas in the past but this experience was amazing and I found my new go to for my new cars for my family and myself.
