Buyer beware, Once purchased they don't care.

No accountability from the top down. Typical car salesmen. Once you purchase they don't care from there on out. Beware part was of the finance dept as they will tell you what you want, and then never return calls or deal in a professional manner.Their fav saying is "I didn't do it" or "it's not my fault.

The staff and sales personnel were knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for and recommended options that would fit our needs. Financing was quick and easy. We were very pleased with the entire buying experience.

New Car

We bought a new Chevy Equinox from this dealership. We worked with Rick Miler. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new vehicle. He will work with you on payments and only show you vehicles in your price range. He is very kind and not pushy like some other sales people. I bought my car from him 6 years ago. I was so impressed with him, I had to ask for him again. We LOVE our new vehicle.

Start out by saying that I like the car I bought just have major problems on how the dealership conducts business. My complaint is not about all the fluffing and incorrect information the sales person told me because most car salesperson conduct business that way and it’s our job as consumers to figure out the truth. I will not go into the miss advertisement of their internet price, which only true if you qualify for every discount. I will only tell you the facts and let you decide if I have a legitimate grievance. I bought the car as leaving the dealership was playing with the display screens and noticed that one of the tires was over inflated. Didn’t really pay attention to this to later. A couple a days later while playing around notice the tire pressure on all tires to be about the same. After about two weeks my wife told me the car tire pressure warning was on so I inflated the tire. The next day I went to check the tire and it was back down again. I also noticed a small rusty nail laying by the tire. Later I made an appointment with my mechanic to patch the tire. Which by now it been about three weeks. The mechanic tells me that the hole is on the sidewall and can’t be replaced. Now putting two and two together I start think why was that same tire over inflated when I left the dealership. To me there is only one reason so I call the dealership. After calling multiple times with no response I final text the sales person how finally a manager calls me. Before I barely say a word he tells me he can’t do anything about my tire because I can’t prove the nail was in the tire before I left the dealership. When I pressured him what possible reason the dealership would over inflate a tire he said it could have been a mistake. So I replayed with so what you are telling me is your technicians don’t know how to inflate a tire correctly for only one tire. He then went on that if I would have bought the car from a neighbor I would complain to them. I replied with I thought I was buying a car from a reputable dealer that would let a customer drive off a lot knowing there was a problem with a tire. He also mentioned they sell to may cars to deal with complaints and ended our conversation. So if you buy a car from this dealer have the car checked buy your mechanic because in my option they will not stand behind their cars.
