onWhen I walked into Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati, Zach Glutz introduced himself to me and offered to help with my search for a new car. He was professional in appearance, tone, and knowledge. I felt comfortable. One hour later, I purchased a new Mercedes from him. In the days that followed, he spent hours of his time reviewing all of the high-tech features of the vehicle for my wife, whom I bought the car for. He continues to reach out to us to make sure all is going well with the new car. I will buy my next one from him!

New Vehicle Purchase ML 250 Bluetec

onTook delivery of 2015 MB ML250 Bluetec as of April 15, 2015. Fitting day, I might add. I have been doing business with this dealer since 1987. Why? For all the right reasons: professionalism, accuracy, honest, punctuality and reliability. Quite simply, they deliver on all points. To date, I have never had a question or a problem that needed solution that was not completed the first time around. Loyalty is an important issue in my life. I feel they are as loyal to me as I am to them. See no severance of this relationship in the future. Oh, by the way, the new vehicle is spectacular. But, so is the E350 that my wife drives. Of course, same dealer.

onI just purchased a pre-owned car from MB of Cincy and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Beautiful facility and great selection of both new and pre-owned vehicles. Sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and customer-focused. No high-pressure tactics or gimmicks. I visited lots of dealers throughout Cincinnati and Dayton, but came back to MB of Cincy and gladly gave them my business (and I'll do it again!).

onThe sales representative that helped my wife and I (Jordan) was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, without being pushy. He was patient during the assessment process, even though my wife and I were indecisive on Sport vs Luxury, and interior/exterior color. The business end of the transaction was straight forward. I basically told him what I wanted to pay, he ran the numbers and took the proposal to his manager. After a few minutes, he returned and congratulated me on being the owner of a new C 300. I got what I thought was a fair trade-in value for my car, and a reasonable discount on the new car. Overall a very pleasant, and refreshing buying experience.

Horrible Experience

onMy husband and I visited the dealership on July 15th to test drive a specific vehicle that was on the web site. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership works very hard to develop customer loyalty. We really liked the car, and called Shane the next morning to schedule our second test drive of the same car for the evening of July 16th, knowing that we would likely purchase it after that drive; Shane even asked us to bring in our old car so he could estimate the trade-in value and he knew our bank had preapproved our financing. On our way to the dealership that evening (which is an hour's drive for us), Shane called and told us the car was sold. He gave us no heads-up, no phone call to say that someone else was interested, no nothing. We then asked him if he could find any similar vehicles at other dealerships, and he said that he would. We never heard back. So much for developing customer loyalty. I would never shop at this dealership, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues not to shop at this dealership. Thankfully I am now the happy owner of a BMW M3 from a dealer who has gone over and above on the customer service front.

Not an experience I wish to repeat

onDo NOT trust these people. They reneged on a deal we struck for a used GL because they thought they could squeeze a couple hundred more out of me. Then they acted like going back on their word was commonplace. This view was held by management as well as the salesperson. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
