Had to walk the show room with my husband and two young kiddos before approached. Salesman had no clue of the CX9 we were there to see based on their online posting. Did not take us seriously as a customer even though we pulled up in a Mazda same series to trade. Sale Lost. We would have walked Off lot with that vehicle.
