They took very good care of me on my very limited schedule and even let me pay the next day. I needed my vehicle for the evening and was in a crazy hurry so they did what they needed to do and let me run and come back another day to finalize payment.

We had great experiences purchasing our last two cars at Thayer over the years. When it came time to purchase another vehicle we tested Chevys, Toyotas, Subarus, and Buicks but ended up back at Thayer. Mark Root is a great salesman and we enjoyed working with him on the purchase of our new Equinox. He made the buying experience easy. Another deciding factor was Brad, the Chevy Service Mrg. We know we have a service department we trust to work on our new car.

Anthony knew I would most likely be purchasing a new truck this Fall, so he called me just to see if I might be in the market. I was and chose his dealership since he was actively seeking sales and the other dealer (where I have purchased many trucks in my fleet) didn't make that effort. Anthony made the sale in my timeline--which was very short. Great job, Anthony!

Routine Full synthetic Oil Change

I bring my 2012 Camaro here for her routine oil changes. They know me here and know I cherish my car. They know I prefer to wash my car at home so they always ask before washing it. Only complaint I do have is when I brought my Camaro home after her latest oil change, there was a hand print on the hood and on the drivers door. I had just waxed my car and am very picky. Also there were some scuff marks on the front fender from what looked like a belt buckle, luckily I was able to wipe them off.
