Great service

Went into Mercedes Benz of Bedford an got the best service ever. Those guys really made me feel like family. I felt really good when I left. Its a very bad feeling when you cant trust a car dealership or salesman. But my salesman Kareem was awesome. Not only that. Skylar was awsome as well. She showed me all the tricks an gadgets on my car. Great place to purchase a car!

Outstanding Instruction & Explanation

Nice car, pleasant sales, delivery and - especially - training experience. I was disappointed in the overall quality of the vaunted Mercedes Certified Pre Owned checklist but the dealership is taking care of the problems and the people have been fantastic to work with. Ali (Sales), Sarina (Finance) and especially Skylar (Training) have all been wonderful. I like the car, I like the dealership (for the most part) and I am pleased (overall) with the car. If they'd done a better job on the CPO checklist, I'd give them a perfect score.

Dishonest Dealership

I wish I could give them negative 1000! I recently got a car from them, the deal with the sales manager , Dave, was that the down-payment is out of pocket (includes taxes and registration). After I got the car, they charged me for taxes and registration, I contacted them several times speaking to different managers including the general manager, Greg, who simply ignored my complains to save few bucks!!! They are dishonest and don't honor their word! They have zero sense of costumer service with a number of their managers simply avoiding my calls and texts (after showing them a proof of my deal with them). I still can't believe that such people represent such brand (MB)!!!. Outside of the salesman, I DO NOT recommend the dealership and it's poor management team. You are paying for your luxurious car anyways, so why would you risk going through such bad experience and deal with unprofessional and dishonest people?!

MB new car purchase!

This was our first purchase of a Mercedes-Benz and I have to compliment everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted, the receptionist immediately introduced us to Cindy our amazing salesperson who inquired about our needs and showed us some options. Cindy explained the details of the MB cars so efficiently, I believe we had made a decision within an hour! After that we met John Romeo, who worked out the pricing in a swift and efficient manner, John was great! From there we were introduced to the finance manager Orlando, he made the financing a very easy to understand process and was very friendly and great to work with. And lastly, we met our concierge Skylar, she was fantastic, she "introduced" us to our new Mercedes and explained the details of the car. Skylar continues to respond to all my text messages quickly and answers all my questions efficiently. We will definitely return to MB of Bedford!

We had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford. Ali Ridha helped answered all our questions and listened to what we were looking for in a car. He was dedicated and committed to getting us the best deal. Ask for Ali - he is great! We are very happy with our purchase. Also Skylar Starks took her time to make sure we were comfortable with the features of the car. She even emailed us the video on how to program the garage door which made it super easy! I highly recommend purchasing your car from this dealership!

After 7 Lexus SUVs my husband talked me into looking at the GLC Coupe. Chad who last year helped my husband with his Mercedes suggested we order a car since my lease had 8 weeks go. I ordered exactly what I wanted- great move Chad! Chad kept us informed regarding the status of the car even the name of the freighter the car was on. At delivery, Orlando in finance was great and helped me select the additional options to complete my car. I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle online. I was transferred to salesman Josh who looked up the vehicle and invited me to come in today. I arrived an hour later. Within the next two hours I test drove the car, completed the paperwork, and smiled for my photo next to my new truck. I am the happiest woman in the city today.

When i went in to Beford Mercedes, my plan was to compare prices, but Kyle was so great. I end up getting my GLC coupe that day. He was very patient with me made sure i walked away happy. Skylar was also awesome. She helped me set up the features on my Benz, and took her time and combed through the vehicle until i was comfortable with all the features. I really appreciate good service and i will recommend this dealer to all my friends.

Great staff. I met Skylar and she was great. Skylar took the time to come out to my house and link my garage opener to my car. Dave was very patient and answered all my questions about the car I purchased. Orlando too was very nice. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Bedford.

Came to Mercedes of Bedford just to look at a couple of models to see if we even wanted a Mercedes. Met Chad as soon as we walked in and it couldnt have been any better an experience. He was friendly, enthusiastic about the cars, but did not pressure us in the least. Was very patient with us as we drove a couple of different models, answered all of our questions. We left without any commitment but the more my husband & I talked about it, the more we liked the car, and working with Chad. We came back the next Saturday and bought our first Mercedes. Sklyar gave me the technology lesson and was so glad she did! She made all the bells & whistles less intimidating. Unfortunately we could not sync my garage remote so Skylar came to my house on Monday to get that working! So far we are impressed by their service.

My husband & I came injust to look but bought my car that evening. Chad was our Salesman and was very extremely helpful- no pressure. We test drove a 2018 model but the silver car in the showroom caught my eye. Had no intention to purchase that day and thought I only wanted a 2018. The car had the features I wanting and and it all seemed to come together. The entire staff was great from sales to finance. Orlando was great. We picked my car up the following week. Skylar met with my husband ( who had many questions) and I and was very knowledgeable, patient and so helpful ! I really appreciated the session with her. I cant tell u how happy we were eith Bedford Metcedes. Hough our salesman was vety accommodating. Going above and beyond to get the SUV to his store. Skyliar is by all means the sunny glow of Mercedes Bed. She is a sweet, knowledgeable and a wonderful face of that dealership. Thxs again guys

Terrible Sales Department

Tried to buy a 2014 E350 there at the end of June. Salesperson failed to follow up with price on car with options and value of my trade for over a week. Contacted sales manager and he provided a pdf of MRSP with no mention of incentives we had discussed at initial visit. Never followed up on his email. I bet if the Germans knew how badly this place was run the would revoke their franchise. Sad that they can make purchasing a $60,000 auto painful.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from sales person through to management and continue to be extremely pleased with follow up, follow through, and overall professionalism of their sales and services departments. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned CLS 55 AMG and could not be happier with the value for price. I reached out to MB Bedford and they found the car I wanted with very strict paramters in less than a month. They completely revitalized every imperfection on this 2006 vehicle to make it look, feel, and operate like a 2010 version of the car. I would definitely recommend and leverage this dealership for your next MB purchase.
