From the moment we walked in the showroom we had great service. There was no pressure, Chris heard what we wanted and he only showed us models with the options we wanted. He gave us time and did a great job explaining the many bells and whistles on the SUV. Chris was very accommodating and truly wanted us to get the maximum enjoyment from our new car.

The staff worked as a team. I was really impressed how they worked well with one another and with me. This is the first time at a dealership and was a little nervous. But the staff really made me comfortable and I felt like I was a part of the team. It was a great experience.

Less pressure than most dealerships. At the end of the day a car salesmen is there to make money but they gave me what I wanted for my trade basically and had me in the exact car I wanted. I'm very happy with my experience at Mazda Beavercreek. Talk to either Jeff or Kevin!

I initially contacted the dealership through the chat service and dealt with Justine. She was very professional and informative. I scheduled an appointment and met with Adam the following day. I already knew what vehicle I wanted and I felt more comfortable with my decision after meeting with Adam and going for the test drive. He explained most features of the car and the paperwork thoroughly. The dealership offered me a fair price on my trade in unlike another Mazda dealership that I dealt with in Dayton. This was my first time buying a vehicle and I do feel that it was a positive experience.
