Had a very unpleasant experience @GreatLakesHonda on Friday the 20th. I bought my car new @GreatLakesHonda and have had the vehicle serviced at this dealership for the life of the car, on Friday I brought the vehicle in for transmission fluid change and an oil change and was told that prices from other Honda dealerships weren’t accepted, when they always were in the past. The receipt also showed that all fluids were filled and door hinges were lubed, and they clearly were not. If there are things on the receipt that have not been completed but say they have been, how do I know if the work that was paid for was completed? I go to this dealership because of the good atmosphere and because they took care of my vehicle well in the past, most of all I trusted them. Maybe they have new employees, will be rethinking things before coming back to @GreatLakesHonda.

As always, we were treated with the utmost respect. Robert is our reason for returning back to the dealership. He is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He consistently keeps us up to date with what is needed with our cars. We have 4 Hondas that we trust Robert to take care of. He treats them like his own.

I received an email from Great Lakes Honda for a Black Friday special on tire rotation and oil change. I called and was able to set up an appointment on that same day. The work was done in a timely manner. I always contact Rob in the service department and he follows up on everything I need to have done for my CRV. Great Lakes Honda is the place I go for any work that needs done, they take good care of me!
