Great Sales Team

We worked with both Trenner and Jason and had a great experience with both. Each of these guys know the Volvo product very well and answered all of our questions. I personally do not like the car buying process; however, they made it easy. We live about 2 hours away and made three trips to the dealership. Trip 1 - Just looking Trip 2 - Test drive Trip 3 - purchase. Trenner helped us on our first trip. Jason helped us on our second trip with the test drive and purchase and made sure all of the paperwork was ready when we arrived on our final trip. Trenner explained all of the vehicles electronics/technology features and we were on our way! It was a very pleasant experience!

Though the sale person we delt with was professional and very know, the dealership proved to be incredibly inflexible It was not a pleasant experience. Do not feel we were received a reasonable deal.

Gtting on he EV Train with Volvo

I was debating the viability of going all EV or going Hybrid. The cost was a major factor. Volvo offered a Lease offer that match the Fed tax credit $7,500. Volvo sales people helped me understand the advantage and disadvantage of each option. I chose the S60 Recharge. I really wanted to get onboard reducing carbon foot print. I recommend looking into the Volvo line up. I hove owned 6 Volvos over 30+ years. Three from Parkway since moving to Wilmington NC

Had a lot of help from both the service team, the sales team, the operations, finance group, and heck even the fabulous first person you see as you walk in the door at the reception. A very consistent high quality high touch program on top of a wonderful vehicle. I’ve dealt with other dealerships in North Carolina, and none compare to parkway.

What a great experience we had with our new car purchase! The salesperson, Trenner Tompkins, was very professional and personable. He provided a very thorough tour of the car and its features, answering any questions and introducing new options that we may find helpful. The business manager, Mitchell McCullough, was also excellent and provided a thorough overview of the various choices we could make in our purchase. The dealership itself is beautiful, with an expansive wide-open view to the outside. The staff and clients in the building were obviously very content and comfortable with the environment and each other... We recognized this as a quality organization and obviously a thriving business! We are happy new Parkway Volvo owners!

We had a wonderful experience at Parkway Volvo from start to finish. Walking in for a first look at their cars began with being greeted by a vivacious gal at the front desk and then lead to meeting with Tanner. He was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Never did we feel rushed or pressured. Even more important, we felt he was honest and fair, hard to find these days. We returned days later to complete our purchase and worked with Mitchell to finalize the sale. He too, was a joy to work with and made all the paperwork a breeze. Tanner spent a long time showing us all the features of our new ride, not allowing us to leave with any questions unanswered. Again, not rushing through this process, making sure we were completely happy with our selection. He even introduced us to staff in the service area for our future reference. We looked at other dealerships in other areas of North Carolina and are very happy we found Parkway Volvo in Wilmington. Highest of recommendations for everyone we encountered.

Matt made the process of buying a new Volvo very easy. He listened well when I explained what options I wanted on the car. Matt explained what packages belong with each type and made suggestions along the way. There was no pressure. Matt Gehen was my sales person who held true to his commitment for getting me my XC60 T8 Hybrid Recharge the end of May at Parkway Volvo in Wilmington, NC. Matt worked hard on the Memorial Day holiday to make sure all was ready to go on May 31st; He went over and above my expectations by answering text from me post purchase two days there after.
