Micah was great, very personable and answered all of our questions. He took the time to explain addtl features right up to the moment we were leaving the lot! Vehicle was a little higher priced than other dealers but would still purchase from Micah again just based on the pleasant experience!

Best Dealership Experience Ever

Their professionalism and commitment to the customer is second to none. They definitely stand behind their brands and will go to any lengths to satisfy a customer. They have so e of the most transparent car sales practices and will listen to any reasonable offer. Will definitely buy from them again, even if it represents an hour and a half drive from where I live.

Ordered my new 2020 Corvette in August 2019 and I picked it up Saturday, August 8, 2020. Randy Marion Chevrolet in Statesville, N.C. was on top of this 12 months of GM strike, Covid 19 shutdown and final assembly of my new Blade Silver Corvette. In fact, I picked it up on a Saturday, showed my family the car, Sunday showed my car buds the car then headed west with my 12 year old grandson to the West coast. Logged 3400 miles and got 30 mpg on the trip. Beat that!

Working with Scott Troy was great . He is not going to push you into something you don't want or need ! When I first met him outside on the lot it was raining and all the other sales staff was staying dry he got the key and we went on a drive . It was a pleasant drive and I enjoyed talking to him . After are ride we sat down with the paper work. Vinnie an Chris were Both great with the paper work showing me all my credit on My 2018 Chevy. Keep up the great work Scott !! Made me feel like family

The Internet manager Ernie responded quickly and called me. I told him that this was my first new car purchase and all he did was suggest I come in and test drive with no obligation. I planned to do that anyway and he was low key and made me feel very comfortable. When he asked if I was ready to buy a car I told him no and he graciously accepted my answer and sent me home with all my questions answered. A few weeks later when I was a lot closer to purchasing I emailed him and asked if he would be willing to meet another price I had gotten. Needless to say we came to an agreement and I'm very happy with my new CRUZE. The whole dealership is friendly and low pressure. I haven't needed to service my car yet but I was introduced to the people I would be talking to and they were all very nice.
