Awesome people. Ruben is the Internet sales consultant and he worked really hard into finding the truck I wanted with all the options that I wanted. If it hadn't been for Ruben I would have kept looking at different trucks but he was able to find exactly what I wanted and more for my price range. And the sales guy was pretty good too. My experience at Crossroads Lincoln Ford was terrific. I would recommend them to all my family and friends or anyone for that matter that was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I stopped by without an appointment for my first oil change in my 2016 F250. The staff was able to acomodate me and started right away. They even did an update on my navigation system. I had taken my F350 to Crossroad Ford for some major repairs and they did a great job quickly. I did not buy my F250 there but they are my dealership of choice when I am in North Carolina. I can only hope to find this good of service while I am travelling out of state. THANK YOU to the entire staff in the service department!!

After 4 recalls on my 2013 Ford Focus I said enough! So talked to Danny about trading it in but it was a no go! Went home and Danny called said he could get us in a 2015 Ford Focus brand new for about the same monthly payments and $1000 down. Of course we said yes!!! Everyone at Crossroads Ford of Sanford went above and beyond for us twice now and I will recommend them to everyone I meet!
