Fantastic Buying experience!

Thompson Cadillac Buick GMG Body Shop

We had quite extensive damage to the back of our Chevrolet Traverse from a read end collision. We requested that the insurance company let us take it Thompson since we had word done there years ago and were very pleased with that outcome. This is my wife's car and it was drivable so she took it for the estimate. The estimator was very courteous and friendly and communicated not only to us but to the insurance company as well. We dropped it off 2 days later on a Friday and the work was done on Tuesday. It looks brand new and we could not be more satisfied with our Thompson experience.

Thompson GMC ranks high on my list!

Every single time I am at Thompson GMC every associate there is friendly and smiling. While I am sitting in the waiting area every employee who passes says hi, with a smile. The service department is awesome! These guys know there stuff, they listen without interrupting and then assure me my investment is in good hands. I am very proud to own my GMC Acadia from Thompson GMC.

Cannot recommend Thompson service dept

I had an appt for 8:30 on Monday, June 6 which I had made almost a week earlier. My car wasn't even looked at until after 2 pm. No communication from the service dept. I had to call to check. My car wasn't finished on the 6th although I had been assured all along that it would be ready by the end of the day. I had gotten a ride back over to pick up my car at 4:45 when the service dept called to say it wouldn't be ready that day. Why have an 8:30 appt when it wasn't going to even be looked at until after 2? I had 2 issues - the ac wasn't working and I periodically get a message to check the tire monitoring system. This tire monitoring issue has been going on since I bought the car in December. The ac was fixed but the tire monitoring issue wasn't even looked at - even though my car was there for 2 days. Perhaps this is normal protocol for Thompson or perhaps it's because my car repair was covered under the certified agreement.
