I love that I can drop off my car when its not busy - pop over to the diner to grab a snack and by the time I am done eating; my car is ready. Also, love the credits towards car service when pay my payment on line.

Quick Installation

I bought a new F150 from your dealership on Thursday, and made an appointment to have a Ford bedliner installed on Friday at 2:00. The staff was in a meeting, so there was a wait before they could start work on it. This is not my first time have a car serviced, so I brought a good book along, and was comfortable in the waiting room. Chase took excellent care of me, the bedliner looks great, and it came in cheaper than the price I was quoted. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I can honestly say that I have purchased multiple vehicles at multiple dealerships and Don Flint (who was our salesman) was absolutely the best salesman I have ever had. He wasn't pushy, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and his customer service was above the rest. Our finance person, forgot his name, was very nice and the process of financing with the new technology was stress free. I purchased a new vehicle on Thursday, had a flat tire on Sunday. Went into the service department on Monday, there was no wait time I was serviced immediately. The technicians explained the problem and the reason a new tire was necessary. They were polite, friendly and very professional they even worked with me on the price of the tire, giving me a discount. Not pleased with the situation, but very satisfied with the service.

He was able to get the options we wanted in one day. This dealership is a huge step up from Performance Ford in Charlotte.
