My husband and I purchased a used GMC Sierra in March 2012. We wrote a check for the down payment, which was not cashed until 8months later, in Novemeber. They did call in advance to let us know what was going on, but instead of honoring the payment plan we had made they cashed the whole check. I take responsibility for not following up with them sooner, but I think that is bad business on their part. They also told us they had done an oil change, which was never done. And within 2 months of having the vehicle, the air bag light was on & the tire notification light was one. Not only did we need 4 new tires, but the sensors where malfunctioning. Although we do love the truck, it has caused nothing but a headache & a fortune.
