What car buying should be

FCI's stock in trade is luxury exotic cars. I was there to look at a $14k Acura they had taken in on trade. Judging by the way I was treated you would have thought I was purchasing the newest Porsche in the showroom. The staff was friendly and courteous. Michael Rubin (sales) was very knowledgeable and informative without being at all pushy. He made every effort to answer all of my questions and make sure that my experience was a positive one. Lee Stephens (F&I) was professional and courteous and made the documentation experience a pleasant one. My wife was with me and she was impressed with how friendly and solicitous the staff was toward her while she was waiting for me to conclude our business. FCI provided the car buying experience that we would all like to have every time.

Kris Krysalka was awesome. Very responsive in all communications. My first experience buying a luxury car and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process, from browsing to building the car through financing, delivery and follow up, Kris made it fun and easy. Love my new Porsche and would definitely do it again at Foreign Cars Italia! Charles Dabney was also very knowledgeable and efficient in all our business dealings.

Exceptional buying experience

I have to admit I was a little concerned about how I would be treated looking at a used Lexus at a dealer specializing in high end car sales like Ferrari and Porsche. My salesperson Rob and everyone I dealt with at Foreign Cars Italia could not have been any nicer or more professional. I was treated with respect and everyone went out of their way to make sure My wife and I were satisfied. Rob made the process easy and at no time did I feel any pressure to buy. I will gladly refer both family and friends to Foreign Cars Italia in the future.

While browsing online and despite the rain we decided to stop by Foreign Cars Italia on our way to look at three other dealerships. As the rain became more intense Mark McKnight weathered the storm to make sure we felt welcome. After test driving a couple of cars we left to visit other dealers only to return later that afternoon to make a purchase. Mark went out of the way to make sure our experience was top notch. It was a pleasure working with someone who was not pushy or assertive. I would recommend Mark and Foreign Cars Italia to anyone looking for their next driving experience.

I originally arranged, via e-mail to test drive a used Porsche Cayman S and they were expecting us and had the car ready for a test drive. While I didn't end up purchasing that car, a couple of weeks later I noticed another possible vehicle at their Charlotte location and they offered to have it moved to Greensboro which saved us a great deal of time. We worked with Rob McDougle and he had the car relocated, cleaned up, and on the showroom floor when we arrived. We ended up purchasing the 2011 Mercedes Benz S550 and the entire process was simple and completed without surprises. While you wait there is plenty of automotive eye candy to keep any automotive enthusiast occupied.

Great purchase experience

This was my first long-distance car purchase. I found the 2013 Porsche Boxster online and called Foreign Cars Italia. I was only interested in a Porsche certified car, and this was the one! Rob McDougle was very helpful on the phone, he was very familiar with the car and I had the details and build sheet in my inbox within minutes. Negotiation was easy as the car was priced realistically to begin with. They picked me up at the Greensboro Airport at 2:00 PM...and I was on the road to Connecticut in my new car by 3:00 (although I could have spent all day in their GORGEOUS showroom looking at all of their wonderful cars). All of the paperwork was taken care of before I arrived. The car was spotless and exactly as described. Matt threw in a hat and a T-shirt. I think I've finally found a dealer that really delivers. "Thanks" Foreign Cars Italia!!!
