Zero pressure, attentive and quick to respond to questions - I used email and text for communicating with the dealership. Delivery to my house was easy to schedule and incredibly convenient.

I leased a car for the 1st time and I thought leasing would be more work than buying a car but Tom was too good at his work and his boss in the accounting doesn't want to loose customers and he tried everything to get me a very good deal on my new qx50. All round it's great to buy a car from Modern infiniti cause of Tom and his boss.

Friendly and professional atmosphere

The salesperson was friendly, genuine and accommodating. When she needed to defer to management he was direct and expedient vs underhanded. We believed we were able to trust the information we were given.

These guys really know what they're doing. They made the leasing process very simple, explained all the terms in plain English, and gave me a great monthly rate. As soon as this lease is up, I'll definitely be returning to Modern.

For Mark Hankins, Salesman: Great product knowledge and willingness to spend time to answer questions. Excellent experience gives comfort to the buyer at every step of the purchase. Quality and safety focus is paramount such as the back-up camera, etc. A genuine and friendly attitude puts the customer first.

Modern Infiniti provided me with the best car buying experience ever. I got a great new Q60 Coupe at a low price with a fair offer for my trade-in. There were no games & no unnecessary haggling. The people their were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to buying my next Infiniti there in a few years. It was well worth the trip from Raleigh.

Such a pleasant experience

From the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment I drove off in our new 2013 G37 Sports Coupe 2 days later, we have been thoroughly pleased with everyone at Modern Infiniti of Greensboro. We had a car transferred in from another state and they offered us a very great price right off the bat, better than we were hoping for. No haggling at all! Joshua B went above and beyond and even took me to the tint shop to help me pick what was right for the car and for me. They know their cars very well at Modern, there is absolutely no sales pressure, and everyone is so pleasant and friendly. They are a classy establishment, professionally run, and I would gladly send anyone to them. I look forward to going back for maintenance. Oh yeah, and, the car is AWESOME!
