Exceptional Customer Service

Once I decided to buy a used BMW ,(no small investment, even used) the buying options seemed endless. Carvana, CarMax, individual sellers, Import dealers, and every brand of new car dealers. I decided early on that I was only going to buy from a BMW Dealership . I felt that BMW’s reputation for customer service was some protection should I need it after purchase and that their inspection of the car would be superior due to their BMW expertise, even though there was no implied warranty with the vehicle. I can say , without a doubt, I made the right decision. Within 35 days of purchase I had 2 rather expensive issues with the car . These were out of the ordinary for the mileage on the car and nothing that could have been found prior to purchase. Once I spoke with the Sales Manager, Mark Miller, I felt that if there was any chance to remedy this situation, he would find it. His sincerity and empathy immediately made me feel better. Thanks to the solid reputation and goodwill of BMW of Asheville, they took care of both of these issues at no cost to me. I could not be more pleased by their honesty and integrity. Their customer service cannot be matched. They have gone above and beyond and couldn’t get a higher recommendation for purchasing a new or used car. Truly exceptional customer service from sales to service.

Received more than I expected

My warranty was expiring in 7 days so not only did BMW fix my window issue, but Joel made sure my oil was changed, new wipers were installed and the brake system was flushed!!

Great dealership

This is a very comfortable place. Everyone we deal with is friendly, helpful and honest. I don't think I've ever experienced anything quite like this in car world. Troy gave us a great deal and has been there for us at every occasion. An A-plus all around.

Simple recall check over & s/w update

Excellent Service for over a decade

Norman Locey has been my service provider at Asheville BMW for over a decade. He is always friendly, helpful and at this point I consider him a friend. My husband has been pressuring me to switch to a domestic vehicle so that I can have it serviced locally as I live 2 hours from Asheville but Norman's service is unparalleled and I bought my 2016 X5 because of him.

Outstanding warranty work

BMW of Asheville truly believes in great customer service and honors its warranties. Exceptional service was just completed on our X3. Norman Locey, service advisor, went above and beyond. If BMW had a training academy, Norman should be the Dean.

Safety Recall

Had a safety recall for front drive shafts on my 2012 X5d...my service advisor Joel set me up with an appointment within days...on appointment day I went early due to a critical meeting ...Joel had an empty bay and immediately the service folks began work. That is superior customer service! Thanks to BMW of Asheville and Joel I was on my way in plenty of time for my meeting. These people are outstanding.

BMW Service-April 2017

The service at BMW of Asheville is outstanding. Although our primary residence is in South Florida, we plan our maintenance to get it done while in North Carolina in the summer. We have been patronizing them for two years and have never had a less than exceptional experience.

Routine service performed quickly. Camera malfunctioned addressed. Wait time minimal. Shannon was available during visit and advised me of vehicle status. Mr. Willoughby who sold me the vehicle, met with me to to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the service visit and if I had any questions or concerns for him.

Solving a BMW engine vibration problem

Not having been able to figure out what was causing a noticeable engine vibration, especially at idle, I decided to take my 2001 Z3 to BMW of Asheville. It didn't take them long to note that the vibration was caused by an imbalanced engine fan that had lost one blade. The blade loss was caused by the worn internals of the water pump. Both were replaced, and all is well. Good job.

First experience with a NC dealership. Service was ok but I didn't feel that my patronage was particularly valued. I was not contacted by the end of the day on which I dropped off my vehicle. I had to call in the following morning. The dealership in Texas that previously serviced two of my BMW's was consistently much more customer oriented. So - ok but nothing special. Prices higher than I would have paid previously as well

2013 BMW M3 60,000 mile report

Ordered and bought the car new from BMWA. This service department are the only people to ever touch the car. Now at 60,000 miles I can report back the following: The car has been perfect. Zero defects. Maintenance service has been easy at BMWA. Loaner cars have been wonderful. Time promises always kept. My only complaint is that the cappuccino machine was down for a couple weeks. LOL.

Excellent A+++++ Experience

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 from this dealership. The whole experience couldn't have been more pleasant, from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out with our BMW. We brought our 9-yr old twins with us and we thought it was going to be a hassle for us. To our surprise, they were offered snacks and drinks (ice cream, chips and juice/sodas) as well as comfortable couches to sit on and wi-fi. They were entertained and happy and as a result, we were able to complete our transaction without interruptions. Our sales person was JACK CUMMINS. He was amazing to say the least, not pushy at all, super knowledgeable and extremely professional & pleasant. After our purchase was complete, we met with ALEX, who patiently explained every single button and function of our new BMW, and he had no issues answering all our questions even though it was time for him to leave. We were impressed by Alex's kindness and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionist to everyone else we encountered, were just extremely professional. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW, and we will certainly go back there even it means driving 2 hours away from home again! GREAT SERVICE

I called at 4 pm to see if I could get my m235i in for an oil change in the next few days and Norman Locey said they were booked until after the holidays, but if I could be there in at 4:30 he have it done. it was not needed that day yes that was do able. great service even greater Service Adiser Norman Locey !
