Excellent service without the pressure to buy buy buy

I have only bought five cars in my life (including this Hyundai) and four of those have been from Modern. My grandfather, Melvin McKnight, bought all his cars and trucks from Modern and always said the service, lack of sales pressure, and fair deals were what had him coming back. I drove from Asheville to buy a car from your dealership for the same reasons and Tony and Paul continued the legacy of my family’s positive experiences with Modern Automotive.

liked the responsiveness of the team. Ashley was great at keeping me in the loop of when the dealership was getting the vehicle I wanted. I was able to act immediately on it. Ashley even came to meet us when we got to the dealership which I loved since she helped us. It was good to put a face to a name. Whitney was very patient when we were trying to make a decision if we wanted to purchase the vehicle that was on the lot or wait. She made sure to secure the vehicle while I thought through the choice I wanted to make. I did not feel pressured. I felt free to make my choice. Whitney took great care of us, making sure the car was in excellent shape for us. George was courteous, kind and explained everything well, and accommodated us. He also did not pressure us into any additional services or add-on's but provided information to us for us to make a decision of what we wanted.

The only thing I liked about this dealership was they had the vehicle I wanted. If there was another sonata available with 500 miles, I’ve would have driven there. customer service needs work. Could give zero stars....

Great buying experience

It was a very enjoyable experience. It wasn't pushy as some other places I had been at. Both Jamie and Vance were so patient with me and answered all my questions. (even repeated them when I couldn't hear the original answer) They gave me time to make the decision I was comfortable with. I LOVE my new KONA and will definitely recommend Modern Hyundai.

New car at age 74!

I decided to get a new car and traded in my 2017 Toyota Camry XSE with only 25,000 miles on it. I wanted a car with more standard safety features but not too big. I found it at Modern Concord Hyundai in Concord, North Carolina. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Elantra SEL. The car almost drives itself! I"m turning 75 in July, so I can use all the new features for safety to protect myself and others. My sales rep was Trae Quick. There were no high-pressure sales pitches. They fitted me to the car I needed, not to the one they wanted to make the most money on.
