Excellent Customer Service

My experience was seamless, very easy, quick, and thorough. My service agent Jerry Beam was very friendly and thorough in helping me. I greatly appreciate the care and excellent customer service received. Thank you!

Not as good as they once were

The representatives are always helpful and great to work with - that is NEVER an issue. I've been going to South Charlotte Chevrolet since we moved here 15 years ago - we loved it! When we were ready for a new car (Suburban) we came straight to you all and purchased. We then purchased a pre-owned corvette from another dealership (you did not have the year I wanted) but we came back to S Charlotte to purchase the extended warranty - we are extremely loyal. Then we needed to use the warranty and you had no record of it.... I had to go to storage to find the agreement and prove it to you. Then we were told the issue was not covered (even though we were told 'bumper to bumper') you conceded and fixed - painful but great. This visit I learned my $129 oil change is now $200! I was shocked but moved forward - upon picking up my car I was told $244!! Now I'm insulted... I refused to pay the $244 - was charged $214 and will not be back. This dealership changed its culture when it changed its name.

Great Service

Hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a car. The entire staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of our entire time we were there. Our sales rep Mellisa was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Quick fix to my vehicle with minimal wait

South Charlotte Chevrolet handled my regular oil change and an unexpected problem that occurred after I booked the appointment. Got me all fixed up at a reasonable price and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently.
