The staff there was so friendly and eager to help. Robby S knew what I wanted and found it in just a couple of days. Jeff in Finance had all the paperwork together and explained everything making it easy to understand. Refuses warranty work

We took our Pontiac G6 to have the engine replaced which is covered by a Ford extended warranty. Wescott refused to do the work. You'd think in this economy that an automotive repair business would not be turning down any work and especially not a dealership since the economy has susposedly been particularly hard on them. I certainly wouldn't buy a car from a dealership that then refuses to honor warranty work.
