Our salesman Nathan was exceptional! While demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the car, he conveyed a warm, friendly demeanor-- never pressuring us to complete the deal. We also found Brent very cordial and helpful with the requisite transactional paperwork.

Great service, Went in with a heater fan motor problem, A video of the taken of the problem and relayed to the Service Technician that recognized the problem and within 90 minutes the car was returned to me with the problem solved. PLUS washed the car. I will always use Asheville Ford for my repairs. They have the knowledge and knowhow on how to keep my Explorer in great shape.

Customer Review: I was very surprise how smooth the process had taken, plus my salesman Charlie didn't push me to buy a car. I test drove the 2010 Ford Fusion, and was very please with the car. Very pleased with overall experience. I appreciated the text communication by the service tech Matthew and the service manager (Nate, I think). Especially pleased that they diagnosed and actually fixed the issues I brought my car in for. Other dealerships failed in resolving the issues with sunroof. Also, very appreciative that the service manager took the time to review my specific warranty and discovered I still had 2 free oil changes left on my service agreement that I was unaware of and would have expired in the next 3 months. Thank you for taking your job seriously and for looking out for the customer!

Strong customer service at Asheville Lincoln

Asheville Ford Lincoln did everything they could to make my life convenient while they fixed my Lincoln. The problem occurred on a week end so several employees went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and happy. They were: Katie Fox, Rick Griffin, and Coty Holbrook. When I got my vehicle, it was completely repaired to my satisfaction. I met with General Manager, Bob Slebonick, and it was obvious that his leadership sets the tone for total customer satisfaction.

The Service Manager, I think his name is Trent, was very fair in helping us find and fix a tire/wheel problem on our Edge. We still need to fix the rear hatch actuator motor that needed to be ordered, but I expect they will fix it right and get us back in shape.
