We were pleasantly greeted by Mr. Roderick Jones. He introduced himself & asked us what we were looking for and we told him we were browsing and what was the possibility of trade-in 2 of our automobiles. He stated that Hendrick's Toyota do that all the time, but first he asked us some questions about our preference and he gave us options. Mr. Jones was very knowledgeable, professional and yet very personable - we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We tested 2 automobiles, Wanted to test a 3rd but we fell in love with the 2022 Toyota Highlander Deluxe. Mr. Jones made everything seem so seamless and made everything possible behind the scene. Everyone that passed us greeted us and asked us if we were being helped. We couldn't be happier with the service and the professionalism. Thank you Mr. Jones & the gentleman in the business office. He told us his name but I can't remember.

First of all, I want to say I wasn't expecting to buy a car just get service done on the Camry that I had. The Toyota Venza caught my eye while waiting for the maintenance work to be completed. With one email and call, about a trade in-I drove off with the Venza. Great team of sales & service at Hendrick Automotive but a SPECIAL shout out to Brittany Shytles but made this transaction effortless and better than any car purchase I've EVER had. I purchased a used car from Hendricks Toyota Apex and two aspects of the transaction in my opinion were unsatisfactory: When I offered to purchase the car, I asked to redeem a discount offer for $300 received from the dealership for that specific car through the AutoTrader mobile app. I was informed the promotional offer was invalid, because the dealer did not have sufficient profit margin on the car to honor the promotional offer. When I drove the car home the next day, I discovered a rear brake light and front turn signal indicator were inoperative. I contacted the dealer to inform them of these safety problems and asked to have them corrected at no charge. The sales manager promptly informed me “there will be no fixing the vehicle at no charge”. The car passed a state inspection by the dealer in early January, but evidently Hendricks does not perform a pre-delivery inspection. Considering the substantial $699 administrative fee this dealer charges and the stature of this company, I was dismayed by how these issues were handled. I did have a great experience with Earl in service, who quickly fixed a minor problem identified during the test drive. I recommend taking the following precautions when working with this dealer... 1) Request any promotional offers received be validated in advance, including assurance the dealer has sufficient profit margin to honor the offer. 2) Request a dealer representative demonstrate all components on the vehicle required to pass state safety inspection operate properly before completing a purchase.

Tried all three local dealers looking for a specific model and color. Hendrick’s was by far the best !! They made a trade with another out of the area dealer to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. They also gave me a good price on my trade in. Raymone was an excellent salesman and the finance department was very professional. Overall a very good experience. One of the other local dealers offered to order me a vehicle. The other local dealer really didn’t want my business.

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Hendrick Toyota of Apex, North Carolina this week. We are very pleased with the RAV4 size, quality/finish, looks, and handling; and especially pleased with the complete suite of safety features. Their sales person, Mike Wolenski, made this probably the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We did some advance research and thought the Toyota RAV4 was a likely match for what we wanted, but we needed to see some models first hand and test drive to compare to some other SUV manufacturers we were considering. We also had some pretty set preferences on ext / int colors and trim grade. Mike showed us several RAVs on the lot from a large selection and pointed out many key details and answered all our many questions clearly, concisely, professionally and without rush or pressure. We took one RAV4 that was closest to what we wanted for a test drive and the only surprises were positive quality and technology surprises. Unfortunately, the RAVs that had the color combo we were looking for didn’t have a particular option we wanted. However, without any problem Mike did a regional search and found exactly what we were looking for in another city in NC, and had it delivered in just a couple of days. When we picked up the RAV4, it was in perfect condition, as promised, and options/trim, with no disappointments. Secondly and important to us, Mike went above and beyond in these current, crazy Covid conditions. As a retired couple, we wanted to minimize our contact time at and in the dealership. We did all the process outside except for one brief paper signing. This was all advance prepared and went quickly thanks to Mike’s initiative and coordinating with the finance office to have all papers ready and organized for us to sign very quickly. Just wanted to follow-up to acknowledge that Greg Charlier as my salesman, was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a very knowledgeable, friendly salesperson who will not try to high pressure you for a sale. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. and he found the perfect car for me and we negotiated a fair price.. Even after the sale was consummated, Greg went over and above and helped me set up some of the things in the car.

Purchased used vehicle at reasonable price with little to no haggle in negotiating price and minimal hassle closing the deal. Mechanical problem surfaced soon after consummation and taking ownership of vehicle. Presented problem to General Manager who assumed responsibility and delegated authority to Service Director who resolved matter within 24 hours at no cost to myself. Just a few hundred miles on vehicle since resolution but would seem dealership and staff value their sales and service reputation in terms of integrity and fortitude. Qualities that have to be experienced before expressed to be proven. I'l know for sure and hope to feel the same way about my transaction after considerably more time and miles have passed. Until then, I unhesitatingly endorse Hendrick Toyota of Apex without reservations.

I emailed this dealership to inquire about a 2017 tacoma , got linked up with Kyle John, was quoted a specific price (a very small discount, which is fine) prior to visiting the dealership, I asked him specifically if they would negotiate the price of the truck if i came in to his dealership (dealers dont neg over the phone) he said (to be fair using his exact words) he would use my presence as leverage with his managers to get a discount. OK fair enough that means ill prob got a small discount at least right? Well to my surprise they tried to charge me MORE than quoted, obviously i wasnt happy so i grabbed my keys and stormed out. O and also to the woman (employee of this dealership) that made fun of my car parked out front (2006 SL65 amg V12) saying that "I drive a womans car" and laughing at me with 3 other employees, well honestly i dont care what you think and it doesnt hurt my feelings, just not professional and very childish. Given these circumstances, i rate a 1 Star review, and will take my business elsewhere.

3/6/2015-purchased used Camry at 6:30 PM, 30 day warranty. 3/7/2015-leak in driveway, take it to our mechanic, power steering hoses leaking. 3/7/2015-take it Hendrick Toyota. They refuse to fix it. The did a 34 point inspection and it passed. Apparently that inspection wasn't done properly. 3/8/2015-BBB complaint. Hoses fixed a few days later. 3/31/2015-check engine light came on. 4/1/2015-Take it to our mechanic, needs a catalytic converter, a big, expensive job. 4/1/2015-Take it to the dealer, they refuse to fix it, they did a 34 point inspection (same one mentioned above). Any 34 point inspection that fails to pick up steering and emission problems needs to be revamped. Back to complaints, AG, BBB, DMV, this is just wrong. That complimentary car wash? Didn't happen.
